He's caught multiple issues after work from the dealership or other mechanics. Brought my car to a different shop once for a small service and then to his shop a month later for alignment and wheel rotation. Other shop didn't say anything about it but glad I brought it in because I was traveling out of state frequently at that time. Saved me from a blowout on the highway. I can't recommend On The Way Express enough! I was visiting the Boston area from New Jersey when I…read moregot a flat tire around midnight. There were no tire shops open, and even the car dealerships were closed and inaccessible. My insurance roadside assistance had no choice but to tow my car back to the apartment where I was staying in Quincy. I assumed I'd have to wait until the next morning, have my car towed again to a dealership, and pay a fortune for the repair. Thankfully, my husband searched online and found On The Way Express. What an incredible find! They responded immediately and came directly to me that same night. Within about 10-15 minutes, my flat tire was repaired, and I didn't have to deal with another tow or wait until morning. Not only was the service incredibly fast, but it was also far more affordable than what I would have paid at a dealership. What impressed me the most, though, was how safe and comfortable they made me feel. It was late, very dark, and I was alone in an unfamiliar place. The mechanic was so kind, respectful, and comforting from the moment he arrived. He explained the repair process, taught me a few things about tires, and made sure I felt completely at ease. It's rare to find a company that combines speed, affordability, expertise, and genuine care for its customers. They turned what could have been an expensive, stressful ordeal into a quick and positive experience. If you're ever stranded in the Boston or Quincy area, don't hesitate to call On The Way Express. They truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful! The BEST!

The website instructed me to call the location to make sure the tires were in stock. I called and reached the call center which then connected me to the Medford location. They confirmed they had the tires in stock. I showed up for my appointment and encountered not greeted by Shawn the manager. He said he was not going to make me happy because they didn't have my tires in stock. I could either upgrade my tire choice or come back the next day. He checked the online bookings that morning and didn't call me to inform me that they weren't in stock because, "he had a day." I can't decide if his demeanor was just rude or just totally devoid of any customer service at all. I reluctantly agreed to a more expensive option since I took the afternoon off from work and just wanted to get it done. The shop was running behind which can be expected but when he came into the waiting area after an hour he called me and another customer to the desk and told us he had bad news for us both. Basically the other man's car needed additional work so he had to pay more for additional repairs and then he turned and told me that because of that man I was being pushed out much longer. At that point, I asked for my keys and walked out. His parting words were, "if that's what you want to do then fine." I felt like I was in an alternate universe the entire time I was there. My recommendation is to save yourself time and aggravation by taking your car to someone who wants the business.

In this case, it's because it was absolutely terrible. Upon pulling up, the gas station attendant was extremely rude. He also told me to "get out of the way" if I wanted gas. What's worse is that after the fuel pump had automatically shut off, he repeatedly kept forcing more fuel into the tank. He did this several times and only stopped when I forcefully told him "that's enough gas." Continuing to pump gas after the nozzle has disengaged is an extremely bad practice as it can damage the emission control system, which is a very costly repair. It's obvious that the attendant doesn't care about the customer and instead is more concerned about making an extra buck.
