Something about the fact that it's an old German car, and that the lights have serial numbers like P21/W, and the ones in the stores have serial number lik 7605. Yes. So finding the right lights required going into the system, realizing the system was wrong, then taking out the bulb and painstakingly comparing them with the ones in the package. The service guy was happy to help me with this and I was finally able to drive away with that nagging error light off in my dashboard. Prices are on par with everywhere else, and in general, I'm usually able to find everything I need for my '96 import.

I came for advice and to spend money not to be made to feel like a total schmuck wasting their time. It's not snobby like some shops and they are always open to talking bikes and giving advice for your ride. I buy almost everything here for my old CB450 now. The prices are on par with anywhere else I've been in the area but price isn't as important to me as having knowledgeable, good staff to rely on and a place I'm happy to walk into when I need something for my motorcycle. I highly reccomend the ipone brand they carry for oil, and chain cleaner &lube. It's really fantastic stuff that my old Honda engine seems to run better on. The cleaner is just awesome at melting the gunk and off the chain.

No etiquettes talking or dealing, only focus more and more money. Their only business is money, Rude non professional staff, might be the worst at any dealership. Dealt with Michael Cruz and his manager, insane guys, insulting behaviour, might be reflection of the brought up, while negotiating on price he says his manager will kick us out, can't believe any sales representative using these words at dealership. Then persistently he repeated the phrase that I wasted his time and I was travelling all the way 250 kilometres from the west side. Soon he realizing all not agreed on given price he suddenly changed his face work no smiles and horrible looks. Moreover way trying to sell me the car at 12.99 interest rate, no idea was he drunk or like what. At the name of dealership basically sitting bunch of losers, who kept on saying after every 5 min, we are not making money on this deal, we are losing this, we are losing that. Stay away
