No etiquettes talking or dealing, only focus more and more money. Their only business is money, Rude non professional staff, might be the worst at any dealership. Dealt with Michael Cruz and his manager, insane guys, insulting behaviour, might be reflection of the brought up, while negotiating on price he says his manager will kick us out, can't believe any sales representative using these words at dealership. Then persistently he repeated the phrase that I wasted his time and I was travelling all the way 250 kilometres from the west side. Soon he realizing all not agreed on given price he suddenly changed his face work no smiles and horrible looks. Be aware of High Park Nissan Buy somewhere else. Enrique Banos is not honest, he is rude and unprofessional. The general manager Nick Stulovic is not answering serious emails about customer service, repairs on certified car and safety issues just couple hours after buying a car. Manager Nick Stulovic and employees like Enrique Banos should be fired immediately and never work in any dealership. I bought a car from this dealership 4 years ago. Went back this past weekend to lease 2 more cars and, saying that the experience was horrible would be the understatement of the century! If you do decide to do business with them, read on so you know what to watch out for... When you arrive, the dealership is rundown, messy and a little dirty. They don't pay any attention to the space and this is done on purpose to create a hostile ambiance. Since the moment you walk in, the intent is to make you feel as uncomfortable as possible so you will agree to their terms just to get out of there as fast as possible... When we entered the place nobody approached us in the first 10 minutes, so we approached ones of the salespeople --her name is Eva. Here are some examples of the tactics they used with us and that you should watch out for: 1. The sales desks are facing the wall and you have to sit in a very small and constricted space in an old and broken chair --it is physically uncomfortable. 2. Once you're ready to make an offer, they will ask you to "sign" it --do not! Once you've signed a couple of times, it gets a lot easier psychologically, so they're expecting you to get through the lease or purchase document (the only document that will actually matters) reading as little as possible; 3. When you make an offer, they will also ask for your credit card --do not give it to them! This, again, is another cheap psychological trick that intends to make it more difficult for you to walk away. Once you've given your personal information, you've made a commitment in your mind. 4. After we placed our offer (without signing or giving Eva our credit card), she made us wait for at least 25 minutes. When she finally came back, she said we had to put a better offer on the table before she could put a number down (her intent was to get us to negotiate against ourselves). 5. We asked for a manager and a guy named Enrique said he was the manager --we later discovered he wasn't. He proceeded moved us to a very messy office and shuffled papers around for 15 minutes until the real manager, called Marco, showed up. 6. Marco is a textbook bully. Despite his young age, he's condescending, insulting and tried (unsuccessfully) to use his "position of power" to push you into his game and get your to pay as much as possible. What's more worrisome is that his competitive nature will fool him into making the relationship zerp-sum and he never wants to lose, so he will say and do whatever it takes to "win". Bought a used car at High Park Nissan two months ago. Two weeks after I got it, I took it in because I was smelling exhaust fumes in the car. Was told it wasn't a leaking exhaust system but just a dirty cabin air filter. Took it in this week for an oil change and because I heard a rattle -- was told the muffler was shot and needed replacing. The first time I took it in, if they'd admitted it was leaking, they'd have had to replace it at their cost. Now I have to pay! I wish I could rate this less than a 1 star because they really are the worst dealer I have ever had any dealings with. We booked the car in for two repair jobs (locks and a tire) and were never told that you have to pay for parts up front or the locks won't get done. So after a half day of nothing and. no-one returning my calls, we finally found this out. I would have just taken the car away at that point, but the tire was not drivable. So I agreed to have just the tire done. It took another 5 hours to do that and in the end there was no shuttle available to go back to the dealer. I made multiple calls to the dealer and left multiple messages and waited hours for a call back. Then after declining any service except the tire, they called me back and wanted me to pay for the lock part they had ordered, which I had clearly declined. Then there was no shuttle to go back to the dealer so had to take an Uber and was threatened by the staff that I had better show up before they closed even though they didn't call me until 30 minutes before closing and it's rush hour. Got there in the nick of time and drove away and will never go back! read more

I agree that customer service at this location is terrible. I had gone just for a test drive and had not reviewed this location. I am happy with my car but the salesman (nick) did not clarify with Us that perks from special edition were not in the SV. We found they were awful about responding to us and the whole experience left us feeling terrible about them. Not sure why they are still in business. Service centre seems fine. read more

I recently purchased a used Nissan from this dealership. My first impression was that the location was neat and professional. I hoped that I would get a quality vehicle and receive good customer service, since I am buying directly from the Nissan dealership, and not some curbside used car lot. I figured the dealership would charge a bit more, but decided it was worth the security of buying a Nissan from Nissan Canada. I've been driving the car for 2 months now, and I'm very satisfied with my vehicle. The reason why this review is only three stars is because of the customer service. I inspected the car, took it for a test drive, and decided I would take it. I asked them the usual questions; clean Carfax report, e-test passed, full tank of gas, a second set of keys, etc. Yes, yes, yes, they promised, of course. When I came to pay for the car and take it home, they told me it wasn't ready. Seeing as how I confirmed earlier that day that I was coming, this really got me angry. Apparently, the car *hadn't* been e-tested yet, but they would do it the next morning. We agreed that I would pay for the car, and they would deliver it to my home tomorrow. Okay, they screwed up, but they made it right. Fine. Prior to the delivery, I reminded them about the second set of keys in an email. (I forgot to mention the full tank of gas, so that didn't happen. I let it slide.) The delivery guy showed up, with only one set of keys. Well, it's not like I'm going to make him deliver the car again. I call my sales associate, and he assures me if he cannot locate the original second set, that he would make me a new set. Okay, good enough. Time passed. I called and left messages, I emailed to remind him he still owed me keys. Eventually I got him on the phone, and I let him know how upset I was that he was avoiding me. Apparently there's "no money in the deal" and that I can't hold him to a "verbal contract." It would cost me at least a couple hundred dollars out of pocket to make the keys myself, so I was very vexed. I push him to find a solution, because I'm not taking no for an answer. It didn't matter to me if they lost money on the deal (even though I doubt it is true) because that was what we shook hands on. I start to get everything in emails instead of verbally in preparation for taking matters to small claims court. Lucky for me, they had a change of management and the new manager saw things my way. I am not pleased with the amount of strife I had to go through. But, in the end, they made me my extra set of keys at no charge. And, the used car itself runs great. So, lesson learned. A major international chain doesn't mean they won't just tell you everything you want to hear to make a sale. Verify everything with your own eyes, and ask for proof if they tell you something's been done. read more

Awful! I recently leased a new car from the dealership. Other than being able to bargain a slightly better price, I have to say the entire process was regrettable. I have leased over 20 cars and found this dealership to be the most bush league ever. There's a sleaze factor that I haven't come across in a long time. There was also an issue when they sent out a broadcast email containing personal information of clients. Easily could have been reported. I would stay away and go to a more sophisticated Nissan dealer! The extra $10/mo will be well worth it. read more

Worse customer service experience I have ever had today...seriously! Crooked, sexist and dismissive...I was told by the staff and manager there it is normal for bird poo and tree sap that has fallen on my 2015 Rogue to chip the paint when you try to clean it off because it is very acidic...both my husband and I have owned other cars in the past and have never seen this happen...this is a complete lie! Many more lies were told to me today and when you call them on.their deceit, you get kicked out! The bottom line is that the staff and management at High Park Nissan are not interested in customer service or maintaining satisfied or repeat customers...they just want to make a fast buck and will lie poker face to get it!!!!! read more

This location is very convenient for me which is why (until now) I have persisted using High Park Nissan for application, removal and storage of winter/all season tires. Despite booking appointments in advance, my car is never ready when promised (once I had to pick it up the next day even though I had a morning appointment). The service team is dismissive and unresponsive to complaints. They do not call when they say they will and often leave me on hold for prolonged periods. Quality of work has also been poor. My car has had its tire pressure sensor damaged as well as alignment issues. Service Manager, Mark Robinson was not receptive when I tried to share my concerns. Mark in service has made several false claims. He is bar none one of the worst managers and definitely not skilled or trained to handle tense customer service situations. Being a multi unit manager in sales myself, I cannot begin to tell you the lack of care and concern that was shown to rectify an error on their part.
