Reza was very fast in answering all my questions and concerns leading up to the day of the project. I had my main breaker panel upgraded, transformer for the doorbell upgraded to handle a Nest Hello doorbell, install two outdoor outlets, fix the upstairs bathroom outlet, install a Nest Thermostat, and installed two wifi light switches. On the day of the appointment, they showed exactly on time at 6 a.m. They started immediately and did everything that I had asked them to do. There are no complaints to be made! We are really happy with Bostani Electric. We have a very high ceiling in a tight space where we needed our chandelier. I had some failure in sockets and whenever anything was plugged into that socket it tripped the fuse. I had contacted the company several times but I didn't get a good communication back from them. Hence I took it up to Yelp to write a review for them. Don't take me wrong! they have done the initial work professionally, however, what lacked was their commitment and support after the work was done. Hence, after my first review I updated my review and this is a update from the last update. (Sorry got a little confusing there!) So after I posted the review the cousin brother (who initially missed my appointment) have taken over the business and he did contact me. He made my appointments and came over and was very apologetic about whatever happened. But he wanted to fix the issue and he was very down to earth about everything. He spend some time figuring out what might be the cause of tripping the fuse, he went ahead and decided that the fuse needs to be replaced. The wiring in the socket looked perfect. He also fixed the smaller issues which were also my concerns since the initial service was performed. His name is also Mo and he gave me a really nice service and after almost 1.5 months of waiting my issues which were lingering around were fixed! Now my fridge is plugged into its dedicated circuit and so is my microwave. The service did go as planned.

We have not had a problem since.

He told us it does need to get fixed, which it will during construction, but didn't charge us a DIME to do this. Joey easily could have charged us anything he wanted, but being a local guy, he literally tells us, 'I do local jobs in the city to help the community.' Yesterday I had Mo come out and fix a bunch of outlets that had problems. They were original builder grade and were just worn out. He also found three outlet switches that had been wired so the switch did nothing and fixed those too. I've used him enough times, I just set him to work and know the bill will be fair. I've also hired Mo to help with wiring up a whole house fan, pool pump electrical problems, adding outlets, lighting, and inspection issues at purchase and sale of homes.
