The tacos were flavorful, cheesy, and satisfying, and the drinks were perfect for cooling off in the Texas heat. Since it's a food truck, seating is limited to the park, but that's part of the fun. The atmosphere at Klyde Warren Park made the experience even better with everyone out enjoying the holiday. Service was friendly, our order came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. If you're spending the day at the park, Eloisa's Kitchen is definitely worth stopping by!

I got mine at one of the amazing stops this truck makes at Clyde Warren Park. If you think it looks good imagine that it taste 100 times better where the only downside is you need to go through twice as many napkins and it finishes too quickly. And it finishes too quickly because you wolf it down because it's so amazingly good. Meat so flavorful you think that you just got the pastrami off of one of the best delis in New York or Los Angles. I've eaten at Cantors in Los Angeles and this is just as good a meat. I truly hope they make their way back to the park sometime in the near future so that I can have more of their awesome food.

Unfortunately, they ran out of steak while I was in line, so I'll have to give that a try next time. I decided to try two of their Chicken chorizo cheese avocado aioli tacos. The tacos appear small when you get them, but they come with pretty large chunks of chicken. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my purchase. The avocado aioli was a really great touch to the taco. I will say that you might want to get a little more than just two tacos if you're actually hungry. Luckily, I just needed a snack this time.

One would assume the truck had an idea about how many people might order at once. But, nope... It took a FULL 40 minutes to get an order of tacos and a burrito (and there were only maybe 8-10 people who ordered before me!). After the food came out, both me and my daughter were disappointed that it was rather bland and the steak was WAY overcooked. Another reviewer mentioned it was mushy and didn't really have any flavor without the sauces. And we agree. I totally wouldn't have bothered waiting 40 minutes (and the last 10 were in the pouring rain) had we known. Sorry Mamita's :(

This place, expensive as it may be, is definitely worth your taste bud's time.
