I think the food is good and the pastries are okay (when fresh). The cookie I tried was really pretty but almost broke a veneer. However the customer service could DEFINITELY improve I walked in, spent a decent amount of money and the entire time I felt out of place. I asked very nicely if they had a specific food and the woman responded as if I was bothering her. When I continued to order she continued to look annoyed. I ordered from Bossi's her amazing Chocolate Drip Mousse cake for mom's 96th birthday. It was rich, decadent and fresh -exactly what I wanted. Mom and everyone loved it. A few days later I took visiting family into the bakery for fresh donuts! Bossi's sister helped me and I bought some delicious apricot pastries - man were they good!! I bought regular and Vegan just to learn the difference. Both were excellent. I need some of those right now. Bossi and her sister are lovely, talented bakers/pastry chef and very helpful.
