I think the food is good and the pastries are okay (when fresh). The cookie I tried was really pretty but almost broke a veneer. However the customer service could DEFINITELY improve I walked in, spent a decent amount of money and the entire time I felt out of place. I asked very nicely if they had a specific food and the woman responded as if I was bothering her. When I continued to order she continued to look annoyed. Best bakery that will cater to needs. They do kosher, vegan, gluten free, nut free, dairy free, egg free and I know they can even make things for the health conscious like sugar free. Owner really listens and will definitely accommodate the customers. So many options, so much customization. They have middle eastern, Jewish, Israeli and even some familiar to the Balkans desserts. Can make you fresh Pita bread sometimes run specials and I've seen them have home made hummus. This is really a neighborhood business and they go above and beyond. read more

I ordered from Bossi's her amazing Chocolate Drip Mousse cake for mom's 96th birthday. It was rich, decadent and fresh -exactly what I wanted. Mom and everyone loved it. A few days later I took visiting family into the bakery for fresh donuts! Bossi's sister helped me and I bought some delicious apricot pastries - man were they good!! I bought regular and Vegan just to learn the difference. Both were excellent. I need some of those right now. Bossi and her sister are lovely, talented bakers/pastry chef and very helpful.
