SHRIMP...AL-FRAY-DOOO!" Call takes 8 minutes and 59 seconds. Delivery takes an hour and a half, but it's Friday night, so I'll cut you some slack there. I'm nice about the whole thing and give the delivery guy a $4.00 tip. Open up the box, and it's CHICKEN Alfredo, not shrimp. So... Let's kick it up a notch, okay, guys??? Well, I'm from Montana. Down here for work. ordered pizza and wings. wings we're supposed to be Cajun style. Pizza was awesome, but the wings came naked. And all my sauce choices were a combination in the delivery bag. all tops popped off. Called and talked to a manager. He said he would send a new wing order out. never arrived. mind you this was a Monday night. so the next day I called again and spoke with him. He said he would send another order of wings out proper. got them and had been fried so many times they were completely jerkey all the way through. Probably the worst pizza I have ever had and I'm from California! Checked the photos that looked like a normal pizza. Normal crust, normal slice, you know, an regular hand tossed pizza. When it showed up it was the soggiest, floppiest, thin crust pizza I have ever seen. When I asked if all their pizzas were thin crust, they said yes. Then why do the photos show an entirely different pizza and not the one that I received? False advertising at its absolute most brazen. I was ordering pizza through the telephone. The last 2 times, both were 2 large pizzas. Both specialty pizzas. Both times. I had asked for no onions both times. Both times, I had to pick all the onions off. I called the second time to complain. They said that they would give me a free pizza the next time I ordered. So today, I ordered it. They said they were going to charge me for the delivery fee. I said that's not how it works. He talked with someone and came back on the phone and said he would take care of it. 3 minutes later, a girl from there calls and asks how you are going to pay for the delivery fee? I said the gentleman I just talked to would take care of it. She said no. I said that it wasn't right! She then told me me she was going to hand me over to the manager. She demanded for me to pay for the delivery charge. I said that I would deduct from the gratuity I was going to give the delivery person. She said that wasn't fair to them. I said you charging me a delivery fee that I had paid for prior and them charging me this time wasn't fair either. Especially when I had to peel off all those little shitty onions off the four pizzas I had ordered 2 times before! She wasn't going to budge on the delivery fee. What a mess. I wish I would have read these reviews first before I ordered some slow cool cardboard to be delivered. I ordered a pizza and a salad and it took about an hour and a half for it to show up and they sent no utensils to a hotel delivery. What kind of morons do this? I call and the dumb, rude, ass on the phone says they only send utensils if asked. That could be the worst and dumbest customer service I have seen in quite a while. It's a hotel you ass. The pie was mediocre at best. Better order extra sauce and make it well done as that is how I ordered and it was still barely cooked. Can't comment on the salad as I don't have a friggin 2 cent fork. Ordered food, waited for over 2 hours. Called twice as it never got here. Told them I never received it.They said they'd remake the order and get it delivered asap. Called me back 10 minutes later saying they couldnt remake the order because the delivery driver said he delivered it. Told them I never received it and they fought me on it saying "the directions were pretty specific and that it was delivered" and I said "well not to the right place" just to have the manager proceed to hangup on me. Writing this review because I wasn't allowed to talk to any manager. Tonight thought we would try someplace new and order said ready in 35 minutes. Almost $100 but hey maybe it's really good! Showed up to pick it up and had to wait another 15 minutes because they said my pizza disappeared? So the rest of my food sat getting cold this whole time. Finally get my food and hurry home only to find out all of my toppings on my specialty pizza we're forgotten and it is a plain pepperoni pizza. So while mom microwaves food for our kids I called the store and he rudely told me they could make another one but who wants to wait even longer? Store policy is they won't refund it he said but I could get store credit. Why would I go back? Anyhow he told me if I had a problem with it I could write a web review lol so if I could give zero stars here I would. Would definitely avoid this place read more

My husband ordered pizza tonight from this location and after waiting an hour for his pizza he called to see where it was, and they told him that "it's on the way". After another hour he called again and they said "oh we are going to make it right now". A very rude "manager" got onto the phone at that point and said that the driver had dropped it off at the correct location (he hadn't) and that it wasn't their problem anymore. The manager went on to say that he trusts his driver more than his costumers and couldn't do anything about the lack of pizza. So my husband was going to be charged and not have any pizza. My husband finally talked him into sending his driver with the food again to the address given and then to verify at the door that it was him. The driver gets to our door and says "sorry man, I delivered your pizza to another (wrong) place". No apologies from this manager about his behavior or customer service. If I was the owner I would NOT want someone representing my business this way. It is a screw up that can happen in deliveries, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. read more

A very average pizza. The quality wasn't the best nor was it the worst. We had it delivered to our hotel as we wanted to just stay in and enjoy our nice AC'd room. The one thing that we found interesting about our experience with Boss' pizza place, when we had them delivered food, they forgot plates, napkins, forks, pepper flakes, and parmesan crumbles. I am not sure if our deliverer forgot or we had to specifically ask for them but regardless it would've been good to know since we had to eat our pizza off of toilet paper and tissue paper. read more

This place serves a variety if options to choose from here. Thank you Boss's! I ordered the spaghetti with the works (sausage, green peppers and tomatoes), a side salad (some wilted iceberg lettuce, cheese and tomatoes) and funnel fries for dessert (omg. Funnel cake French fries!) The spaghetti was tasty. Getting "the works" was a good choice. The tomatoes and green peppers gave the sauce a little something extra. Yummy sausage too. I didn't expect it to be that good. Flavorful and I didn't need to douse it with the grates Parmesan cheese they gave me. The side salad left a little bit to be desired. Fresh spinach or any other mixture of greens rather than iceberg would've been great. The star of the show were the funnel fries. Covered in powered sugar and still warm. Oh yeah! I ordered thru Grub Hub and my food was delivered within an hour. The driver was running a little later than the 45 min grub hub estimated but he called me early to let me know he was running late and I really appreciated the heads up. If their pizza tastes half as good as their pasta I'll give Boss's 5 stars. read more

Pizza took 90 minutes to get and was practically cold when it did arrive. Not a fan of the sauce at all. It has a BBQ, smokey metallic taste to it. Crust tasted like it came out of a lunchable. If I was drunk this would probably be an ok choice but probably will not be ordering again. read more

The only thing good about this restaurant is the potato wedges. Being in this store for pickup was DISTURBING. The ceiling and walls are falling off to start but that's not even the worst of it. Their were literal 6 year olds working in the kitchen. They looked like they were the daughter and son of the older kitchen lady. Is that even legal? This place was so good when it was owned by the past owner but that store looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. I have been ordering pizza or pasta 3-7 times a month for a couple of years and most of the time been quite happy, the 2 or 3 times they messed up they credited me with a free pizza, but 3 out of the last 4 have sucked, a meat lovers pizza with only sauce and mushrooms, cold pasta, and the last one a burnt pizza and chicken that tasted like rubber. I know they consider me a regular because if i go more than a couple weeks without ordering i get a text with a discount offer, but I will have to be awful hungry ti give them another chance. read more

OMG, my new favorite pizza joint in town. The pizza is heavily loaded with toppings and comes in some truly daring flavors (sauerkraut supreme! it is wonderful!). Add that to food delivery at 3 am when I am at my munchie-weakest, what more can I say? Yes, you will pay a bit more for this food compared to other similar places. But, Boss' has a bigger variety of offerings and the flavors and service make it worth it. read more

If I could give a no star I would..I ordered a pizza online before 4 p.m. on a Sat. and set pick up for 5 p.m., when I got there, they couldn't find my order so they called the central office on Minnesota and they had my order there...The woman at the window asked me if I'd like to pick it up at that location since they forgot to send the order to the west side location where I ordered it as I ordered prior to 4 p.m. and they don't open until 4 so there orders go to the central office where they are processed and than routed to the appropriate locations once opened. I told the woman, I will wait for them to make my order at this location as I didn't want to drive clear across town for a pizza that I ordered on the west side (about 1/2 mile from where I live). She said she would and a few seconds later a man came to the window and said "They have your pizza ready at the Minnesota location why don't you go pick it up there". I said I don't want to as I ordered from this location and would wait. He proceeded to say "well they'll just have to throw it away" which by that time I was so frustrated I said "not my problem" and than said "I'll just leave" and I drove off without my pizza. Not sure if I'll be charged or not, but waiting to see and will call to complain if I am! Can't believe how rude he was. If a customer orders a product from a specific location with a promise to arrive at a specified time and than shows up to pick that order, would you as a business turn around and tell them to go pick up your order somewhere else?
