Second, my fridge is next to a corner and they were going to come back to install a piece of molding, but as you know, they didn't come back. Don't ever pay everything up front till they job is done. At least pay half but do not pay it all until you are satisfied.

They took care of that immediately as we were experiencing very cold weather at the time. They were so professional and did the job so quickly and took care of her heating needs. Unlike another company that came in and wanted to sell her a furnace and sn AC even though it wasn't needed. Rocky Mtn Air Systems also responded to a grandson's call when the furnace in a house he was renting to someone was not functioning properly. The first company he called quoted him a price around 3 thousand for the service needed. Rocky Mtn identified the problem , replaced the necessary non- functioning parts and saved him hundreds of dollars Last of all my encounters with Rocky Mtn Air Systems was my own furnace. It is 31 years old so I expected it was time to replace the heating and AC. Once again the amazing HVAC guy Eric came and evaluated. He was able to replace some parts and saved us significantly at this time. He was honest and reliable and mentioned this furnace is not going to last forever but for now it is working perfectly. He wouldn't even accept payment until we had tried out the heating and the air conditioning with the fluctuating weather and make sure everything was good. I wouldn't call anyone else if you want dependable, honest, affordable service!

I confirmed with the driver that the rocks could be placed in the driveway. Instead, the driver dumped the rocks over the planted area, burying and damaging property and plants. I called their customer service and received a very rude response. I understand they are not responsible for damages but to me it is a question of common sense and intelligence not to damage property. The photos show how clearly there is space in the driveway.
