When I requested my deposit refund from the hairstylist, the situation became even more frustrating. It took six days to receive my money back, despite multiple attempts to contact the stylist and the business owner. To make matters worse, my phone number was blocked by both hairstylist and business. The staff continuously gave me the run around instead of resolving the issue promptly and professionally. A customer should not have to wait nearly a week for a deposit refund after the hairstylist/business cancels the appointment. My recommendation are better communication, professionalism, and timely resolution of customer concerns would greatly improve my experience.
