They have electronic locks on the units that won't open sometimes, and I was told 'sorry there's nothing we can do about it' when I called for help the third time I was locked out of my unit. Then a week later they agreed to change it to a regular lock but when I tried to schedule they wouldn't respond and they still haven't. I've rented multiple units at other locations including other extra space locations and never had any issues. This place is a joke when it comes to ... literally everything.
