If you drop off after 8:30 AM on a Monday you will not get it back till after five on a Thursday. For a pair of pants that was six dollars that I could get same day is now nine dollars to get into days is such a huge drop off in the previous service that they offered that it is no longer acceptable. They did all the windows of my G6 for $150 with HIGH quality tint and give lifetime warranties! Couldn't ask for better (: I would also like to add that I observed my windows being washed INSIDE and OUT, not once, not twice but THREE times before the tint was applied. I noticed a review that was posted here that stated her tint was dirty, from my personal experience (see photos), that is far from the case. On top of cleaning my windows before application, they also cleaned them afterward. This is about 2 hours after the job has been completed, no bubbles, no dirt, nothing wrong with the tint at all. If a problem arises they told me that I could always come back and get it resolved. No questions asked.

Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.
