First time in and never again, I only ordered soup, minestrone. Worst soup I've ever eaten. I…read morecouldn't tell if it was chili or soup but it had noodles so thinking soup? When I asked, they said it was minestrone "that corporate sent them". There was zero broth, texture was like a thick chili or stew. Disgusting. So basically, they feature soup and it comes to them either frozen or in a package. I could've bought a can of something at the grocery store next door for less than half that price and way better. At $10 a bowl, I asked if they could exchange it for vegetable soup. After 3 of the workers conferred, they allowed the exchange. That soup was better, still not great, but now I'm aware they don't make their soups fresh. My friend got a turkey sandwich. Not a lot of meat and said it was bland. Neither one of us would ever go back. Very disappointing.

My husband is not a sandwich person and he couldn't stop raving about the sandwich. All of the toppings and dressings made it a favorite. The special included chips, a drink and a cookie. Whaaaaat? I first heard about this place from a friend who lives in Tucson but didn't give much thought to it until I actually saw the restaurant a few months ago while I was at another store in the shopping center. After multiple visits, I can conclude that I enjoy more of their cold sandwiches than their grilled/hot ones. My top three picks in no particular order would be the Baggin's club, high Baggin's, and the chicken rojo. All are different in their own way, but what they do have in common is that they are jam packed with ingredients and bursting in flavor. I haven't tried all their soups and sides yet but from what I've tried so far, I would say the tomato basil bisque has been my favorite. It accompanies well with many sandwiches I've had. The only thing I didn't care for much from here were any of the sandwiches with chicken. Their chicken was a bit too dry for my preferences. So far, I've yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are always warm, friendly, and patient. They try to get your orders out in a timely manner, but they do get busy at times. I usually take my food to go but they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options if you want to dine in.

I believe they do a solid takeout and catering business and would definitely return for breakfast or lunch or to takeout / cater. Thanks CG!

Visited this location recently and ordered an 8" Kali Mist. Unfortunately, the sandwich was…read moreextremely underwhelming. The turkey portion was shockingly small--there appeared to be only a couple thin slices of meat on the entire sandwich. Based on the menu description and price, I expected turkey to be the main ingredient, but the sandwich was mostly lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and bread. I've eaten plenty of sandwiches from various chains, and this was by far one of the lightest protein portions I've received. The flavor was fine, but it's hard to justify the cost when the sandwich feels under-portioned. I attached a photo because I genuinely thought there had to be a mistake. I hope management reviews portion control standards because customers shouldn't have to wonder where the meat went on a turkey sandwich

My wife is from Boston and I'm from San Francisco, we moved here from New Zealand and truly appreciate and enjoy fresh, well-prepared seafood Chula has certainly filled that bill! We went there this evening for a casual early Friday dinner. If you've been there before you know that guests stood in line in front of the refrigerated counter showcasing their fresh seafood selections and placed your order at the end of the counter - if you had guests, if you were like me, I firmly advised them to know what they wanted when we hit the order counter. This evening was entirely different; I arrived before my wife and was greeted by a host from a stand halfway between the front door and the refrigerated case. Tiffany greeted me and asked how many in my party and said she would seat me. I asked, don't we order at the counter? She said, no, tonight is the first night we are trying full table service. What a great change! Chelsea was our server, we ordered drinks and had time to look at the menu. Far more relaxing! Arriving just before 5 pm, we enjoyed happy hour prices for our beverages, and I ordered fresh northwest coast oysters as an appetizer at $1 less per oyster during happy hour. They were fantastic, tasting of the briny pacific ocean, plump and properly served with mignonette. The servers and assistants were all attentive and each advised that table service was new, so they were testing it. Our dinners were well prepared and delicious, I had one of the best salmon filets I've been served, grilled to perfection and served with my request for lemon butter only. When presented the check, I asked about inputting my phone number as a regular we've been earning points. The server was able to input my number at the table and we received a discount on top of it. I certainly hope Chula continues with the table service as it was far more relaxing and less hectic than standing in line. Either way, the seafood has always been exceptional - kudos to the chefs. BTW - Tiffany is the manager and touched tables and showed that she cares; Sorry for the long review but it was such a service change I want everyone to know. We will be back!
