Noley's is located in the heart of Payson inside of a strip mall behind McDonald's as you turn onto the 260. This is a very unique store that offers a lot more than just coffee. Noley's - Books, Art & Whatnot is a gathering place for both locals and visitors. In addition to having a cafe, Noley's has an art gallery, book store, a performance space, a local produce section and plenty of couches and chairs to sit on. They sell locally-made gifts and crafts like jewelry and other creations. They even have an old jukebox and a used vinyl section. Noley's is a pretty cool place to visit. I come through Payson often and glad I discovered this place. I have always found the service to be great in the Noley's cafe area. I grabbed a pastry and an Iced Latte during my first visit here. My buddy is gluten-free and was happy they offered gluten-free pastries. Everything is made fresh in this store. Before we left, we chatted with the lady in the front who was really nice. She shared with us the story behind this shop. I am looking forward to a return visit next time I am in town.

Both drinks were well crafted, delicious, and hit all the right notes. The service was friendly and welcoming, with light conversation and thoughtful answers to my questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Now for the fun part: the retail! From stickers, clothes, and accessories to teas, coffees, and other goodies for home use, it's clear that whoever curates the shop has an excellent eye and a genuine passion for fun, whimsical details.
