She's probably never seen the light of day in a customer service job. Smoothie tasted like powder; they don't use any fruit in the drinks, only thing that was good was the original donut. Sandwiches are pre-made and not made to order. I asked for no cheese & a minute later here came the sandwich; lukewarm WITH cheese. Also apparently they charge for no ice or light ice because you get more of the thai tea(also not that great), but aren't you paying for the full 16/24oz anyways? This opened up near my husband's workplace. I like their variety of doughnuts and drinks. I like their raspberry filled and chocolate frosted cake doughnut. Their drinks. Not so much. Their prices are decent but I wouldn't say they're the "best donuts in Arizona". Lol their smoothies are powder base. I wish they used actual fruits inside. I got the strawberry smoothie with boba. It's good. It just tastes super artificial but their boba is soft and chewy. I would come here again but it's not my first choice. Donuts look like they've been sitting out for awhile also. I prefer donuts that are warm and fresh. Unless you go super early in the morning, your doughnuts will be stale/dry if you go late at night or 3 AM in the morning. I stopped here for breakfast on a weekday. I ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich & coffee combo. I asked what kind of cheese and they said Swiss, but it was not good. The cheese might be white American idk, but I won't order again. The coffee was black, I said yes to cream & sugar, but they must not have heard me. It's unlikely that I will go back. read more

I would of given 5 stars bcuz their donuts are so good, soft, and taste awesome. But the reason I gave it a 3 star is bcuz I went through the drive threw this morning to order some donuts. I asked the woman that was taking my order if they had a certain kind of donut, since sometimes they are out of them, and she answered me so rude saying, "well it's the morning so yeah we have every donut". Then as I pulled up to the window to pay, (which I paid with credit card) she didn't greet me and didn't even smile. As I was putting my card back in my wallet, I turned to look and she is standing there holding my box of donuts with an annoying look on her face. She needs to be trained to have better customer service, but if you don't like what you do then go somewhere else. I didn't like that I had to start off my day with a snobby attitude. Came in to try out their Donuts because I got a coupon in the mail, but the person at the counter refused to accept the coupon even though the address of this location was listed on the back of the coupon... Second time we've been here and both times they've been out of long John donuts. But today, the guy taking our order was just plain ghetto, rude and a smart A$&. Great place to stop for donuts and coffee! The donuts always taste fresh and the prices arent bad either. I love the many different types of donuts that you can get here without having to pay a lot for "specialty" donuts. Different locations seem to have different kinds of deals sometimes like buy a dozen get a half dozen free but this location didnt have that when we went. read more

Let me first say that I love their donuts. Their donuts are fantastic. Tonight however I wanted to try a smoothie I'd had a big lunch and didn't want to eat a big dinner. I wanted something healthy. They have what they call fruit shakes. And if you advertise fruit shakes with pieces of fruit in the picture, one would expect fruit and healthy things to be in there smoothie. With the first sip of strawberry banana smoothie from Bosa, I could immediately taste that it was quick mix strawberry flavor. I couldn't believe it so I tried again and again and again. Each time it tasted exactly like quick mix strawberry flavor. I called them to complain and to try to get my money back because it is false advertising to put a milk powder flavoring into a fruit smoothie. The employee said that they don't use any fruit in any ofTheir smoothies. Then she said she couldn't do anything about a refund because she's just an employee. I am extremely disappointed in bosa donuts for not remedying the disgusting non-fruit smoothie that I paid almost 5 dollars for. These smoothies are not even made with real fruit, they use powder fruit. This is not the type of place I would eat at again. My smoothie tasted like something was rotten so I complained and they "couldn't do anything about it because it was already made" like no fucking duh but they didn't suggest to change it or anything. I use to get Boba drinks from this location and at first I had no issue. The last couple of times I did the boba was not done and was super hard, inedible. I stopped getting boba drinks after that. Just recently I got some kolaches and there was a small insect baked into the bread of one of them. I don't think I will be going back. read more

Every time I get donuts here they are good and soft. But I really like the tuna sandwiches on toast, mmm mm mm. They're tasty and filling. The drive-thru area is a bit scary just because of the empty yet trashy lot next to the drive-thru. I keep my truck doors and windows locked when I pull around. I end up here on a regular basis and every time it is enjoyable. The people are always happy to see you and are very friendly! They always have every type of donut I could ever want and they are always fresh. I'm a huge fan of Thai tea and boba so that's always what I get and it's great! I went there 2 times this morning because of grubhub the first time i ordered a breakfast sandwich for myself since I was there. I ordered a bagel ham egg and cheese. It was very unsatisfying and disappointing. The sandwich was dry the food in the middle of the bagel smashed together was the size of a small ladies fist and the bagel was like a croissant made the size of a middle size kids packaged pizza and the food was swimming inside this giant ass bagel which wasnt a bagel. On my second visit I showed the drive thru window girl how it looked and she says oh you didn't get any cheese I said I dont maybe oh yes there's a little. I wanted her to see the bagel and sandwich doesnt match in quantity and quality in which she didnt even recognize. Not her fault she just was too young to get it. So I told her to tell her manager that I could have paid for something somewhere else 10 times better. No offer to make it right or refund. So as I drove away I threw it out on the ground. It was very disappointing to me and waste of money. I dont know if their donuts are any better but the sandwich was horrible. I took like 2 bites and that was enough for me. read more
