Came on a Sat around 12:30. When I ordered it appears to be 5 or so People waiting for food in front of me. After you ordered you can pick out any or all of the 4 sauces, the original was my favorite. Down side here was the wait for food after ordering which seemed like 30mins, unfortunately it was hot and sunny as the tent became quite crowded. It appears they'll get 2-3 order ready at a time so groups of people get called. As for the food, I got the full rack of ribs, they are huge! Flavor was good and were between competition and fall off the bone. Mac n cheese was great. The bake beans has chunks of pineapple in it so it has a great sweet flavor.

All I can say is delicious! I have been looking all over for a barbecue spot that would deliver true Southern BBQ taste. You must come early to ensure items are available because they did sell out of collard greens and was on the last slab of ribs when I arrived. The sides were warm and the Mac and cheese was not overdone but great balance of creamy flavor. The Carolina sauce is a must try and I highly recommend it. Next time I am going to try the brisket and update my post.

This food truck was absolutely unbelievable. We drove up expecting a restaurant and found loads of cars and tons of people and realized that we should give it a shot. This was the best mac & cheese I ever had and the smoked pulled pork was juicy and flavorful. We also had the ribs which were outstanding. The baked beans were chefs kiss. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It was amazing.

The food is amazing. We ordered it the night before online picked it up the next day (they are only open on Saturday). I can't tell you you have to go for yourself. We will definitely order again looking forward to it. The baked beans with pineapple omg yum.

Solid roadside bbq worth experiencing. Easy parking and ordering. Prepare to wait as it seems very serial on the delivery side.

It began in 2004 as a "Barbecue Ministry" when he hosted a backyard cookout fundraiser to help a local family whose daughter was battling cancer. In October 2009, he opened the first official 4 Rivers Smokehouse location in Winter Park, Florida. The restaurant gained a loyal following for its smoked brisket and Southern sides. Fast forward to today, when the chain has grown to around 15-23 locations. It is still family-owned and continues to expand while staying rooted in its community-focused origins. I have visited 3 different locations and like atmosphere, food, prices and style. This location is to the northwest of the SR 50 and Vineland road intersection. There is plenty of parking. The inside is a counter where you order your food moving from left to right and pay at the end. There are three sets of seating: by the counter, in the next room and outside on the patio. They have serve yourself drinks in the second room along with to-go containers. The food is a mix of barbeque beef and wings and various sides. I got a pulled pork sandwich, fries and tea. It came out quick and was excellent. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend for anyone wanting a good meal, at a decent price, in a pleasant atmosphere in the Ocoee area.

The staff was super friendly, which I appreciated. I got the brisket sandwich, and while the flavor was good overall, some of the brisket was on the fatty side. I also felt like the sandwich needed more barbecue sauce because it came across a little dry/lacking without it. The sweet tea and lemonade were really good and were probably my favorite part of the visit. The sides were okay, but nothing really stood out. Overall, the service was great and the drinks were solid, but the food didn't quite hit the way I was hoping. I wouldn't completely write it off, but based on this visit, it probably wouldn't be my first pick in the food hall.

I ordered the loaded brisket fries and subbed the mustard sauce for the regular bbq sauce and a side of cheesy grits. My food came out pretty quick. The fries were kind of small for $16, but it was super tasty. The brisket was tender and the cheese sauce and mustard sauce were plentiful. The grits on the other hand were under salted and lumpy. I'll definitely be back for the bbq here, but I do feel they're a little overpriced (a common sentiment for me at plant at market). You can bet I won't be ordering grits again though.

The restaurant also offers plenty of room to stay and enjoy your food both indoors and outdoors. It was way too hot so decided to get mine to go. The plate is massive! Lots for chopped brisket and fries. Toast was soggy due to the condensation from the meat so just ok for me. The beans were sweet and smokey, an unexpected treat. The mac & cheese was dry. Didn't care for it. The Brisket - very good. Fell apart. However, I would have preferred it not chopped but sliced instead but still very tasty. And get the sweet BBQ sauce. Adds some depth to the meat. Overall, not bad. Solid 7/10 for me. Give it a go if you're in the area and looking for some quick smoked goodness.

The brisket wasn't as juicy as I would've liked. The fries were okay. Wish they were seasoned crinkle cut. The Mac and cheese was downright terrible. Like watered down velveeta. The barbecue sauce was so necessary because otherwise everything else tasted the same. Their sauces were good but again not anything unique. I probably wouldn't return unless I couldn't get bbq elsewhere.

The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating to get relief from the FL summer heat, and they even offer discounts for Disney cast members. There's not a lot of parking directly in front of the restaurant, you likely will have to park in the spaces behind Gyu-Kaku or Target. My son, his friends and I came by for lunch and had a great experience! We were helped by Miss Kimberly and Mr. Paul. They were both super friendly and helpful. We ordered the Family Fixin's Meal. It feeds 6-8 and comes with a whole chicken, a full slab of ribs, 1/2 lb. Of pork, and 1/2 lb of brisket, 4 corn, 8 corn break and a choice of 4 sides. It costs $99.39, which I thought was a great deal for the amount of food you get! There was only 4 of us, but we had planned to have the leftovers for dinner. When we settled into a booth, we saw that the condiment basket had 4 different types of BBQ Sauces available: Kansas City Sweet, Memphis, Carolina Gold, and Southern Lava. Mr. Paul came by shortly and helped us push another table to where we sat because he said we would need the additional table space for our order. He was right, there was SO MUCH FOOD. And everything I tried was SO good! I didn't have and of the the red meat but the boys really enjoyed the ribs. All the BBQ sauces were great, but the one I kept reaching for was the Carolina Gold. They had yummy looking desserts like cookies, cakes, and pies as well, but I was too full to indulge. If you want beer with your bbq, they offer a variety of beers to choose from, they even offer happy hour daily from 2-6 pm. Because of the affordable pricing of all the other menu items, I can see it being a regular spot for the working students living in the area. My son and his friends liked it so much, they signed up for the frequent customer program so they could earn points when they go back.
