They went out of the way to get 2 new front tires for us even though we had to wait 3 hours they reccomended places to grab lunch and wait out of the heat. It's great to read positive media coverage about the owners, but the media has failed to paint the whole picture of why they are successful. Has your truck broken down nearby? Their towing service is cheaper than the competition, but they charge unbelievably astronomical prices for their repair work (and parts) once they have you at the shop (where you have no other choice but to accept their rates).
