These days, it's more like a three week book out, which must mean business is good. For this particular visit, we had several mileage maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. We were given a list by the Ford Dealership, and we brought that in for a quote with Cedar Crest Tire. The Ford Dealership also noted that we had evidence of an engine oil leak. I made the appointment at the beginning of July, and I got in on July 20th. They have a key drop box that we were able to use and leave the vehicle there the weekend prior. I got a call on Tuesday afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pick up. On my way into town, I swung by to pay the bill and get the key. I know that they have a ride service available, but I hoped by daughter would help me with the ride. We looked over the invoice and didn't see anything addressing the engine oil leak. He got a hold of the technician, and he said there was no evidence of a leak. Before bringing in the vehicle, I did call back to add an emissions service to the list of items, and that one was overlooked, but I wasn't billed for it either. I feel like my correspondence with them have always been professional, and my vehicles have always been repaired.

Everyone said it would cost between $2200-7000 to repair. That is quite a price range. Jay at No Worries Auto Repair advised to first just bring it in and do a full synthetic oil change and see if that might help before spending that kind of money. He also stated that the fluttering might not get worse and the vehicle could be driven for quite some time or it might require the timing chain repair quickly. All vehicles were different. I appreciated his total honesty! I didn't feel the other shops relayed the total picture to me. I had him do the synthetic oil change and am currently driving the truck. Thank you Jay. I'll be back. Their website shows open until 5:30p but I called & was informed they really close at 5p but they would try to wait. Unfortunately he got caught behind a semi going 30mph & it took him longer than it should've to arrive. Long story shortened they waited & the tire was changed and for that I give them thanks. They however aggressively yelled at him to "Hurry his ass up..." as if the event in general wasn't stressful enough he was verbally attacked for things out of his control. Stay classy Wagon Wheel & keep your fingers crossed a Discount Tire doesn't pop up on the I-40 w/in reasonable distance from your location because w/ that behavior coupled w/ an unfamiliar brand name & a loving Aunt willing to write a factual review might just entice others to risk it & depend on whats left of their "wagon wheels" & keep roll'n on past u.
