There's no intercom system to tell kids to return for cake to a birthday party room, which is stressful for all involved. I don't understand how the video games work; I bought an unlimited pass for the day, and apparently this does not include unlimited games. The video game use went by very very fast. The pass does include unlimited 'attractions.' My kids waited a long time in the gokart line only to be told they were too short to ride. So we skipped that. The bumper cars are an attraction- I think? It only has 6 or 7 cars and the space is very small. The water bumper boats are a similar number, so waits are long, and each boat has a water squirter on it...everyone who exited the round with my kids left soaking wet, including my kids. Glad we did this last. The mini-golf has no employee monitoring of entering or exiting, so I could go in with my kids without participating. It is on the older side, but my kids had fun. There are carved out rocks, waterways, and at one point the course goes under a waterfall. It looks like there are 2 courses to play. My kids enjoyed laser tag. I sat outside in the laser tag waiting room; there are 4 cameras mounted showing the activity within, which I appreciate as a parent. Note to self: have kids wear striped shirts so I can find them on the screens! I'm uncertain if there is an employee inside with the kids, and this is for all ages, in a dark enclosed place. I didn't like that my kids seemed alone in the pre-tag enclosed room, as I would have preferred to supervise them.

Fast-forward all these years later, and they've definitely made some upgrades! My nephew, who I've been bringing here over the years and is now 16, and I decided to come hang out for a couple of hours before his flight back to Texas. The place looks SO much nicer when you walk up. There's now a QR code you can scan with your phone to sign your waiver before going in, which makes things super convenient. As soon as you walk in, there's also a nice bar area to your left, and they did a great job with it. The welcome desk is right there up front, and the staff helps you set up your packages and add money to your game cards. We decided to each get a go-kart pass and then put some additional money on a game card so we could play afterward. Now, the go-karts... I feel like these definitely still need an upgrade--or at least some fixing. I am a PUT-MY-FOOT-ALL-THE-WAY-DOWN-ON-THE-GAS kind of girl, so I took off pretty quickly and was one of the first people to start. Somehow, I was almost one of the last people to finish because my go-kart--and my husband's--was SO slow! I've done indoor go-karting before, and this definitely felt like the PG version. So, if you're looking for a fast, adrenaline-pumping go-kart experience , fingers crossed you don't get the slow go kart. That was honestly my biggest disappointment. We also spent about $65 playing games and, of course, ended up cashing in our tickets for our dollar-store-quality prizes. But hey, it's all part of the experience! We're always big fans of the basketball games, and there were definitely a few machines that were broken, but overall, we had a good time. It gave us something fun to do for a couple of hours before heading to the airport, and we enjoyed hanging out together. Overall, I'm glad to see how much this place has improved over the years. It's definitely much nicer than I remember, even though I think the go-karts could still use some work. For a casual afternoon of arcade games, basketball, and some family fun, it did the job!

And on a Saturday night it's overcrowded with children. I had to park by the Dunkin drive through and walking in the dark in that parking lot did not feel safe. When I arrived I am not sure if we had a reserved time to bowl but we had to wait an hour for two lanes to open up. It's pretty expensive as they charge per hour ($60) + rental shoes ($5). But if you have the max amount of players, it could be worth it. Staff could be more polite and patient. I didn't find my interaction charming when I was getting my bowling shoes. The bar area is a nice touch. Doesn't really fit the indoor theme of the place. I think something more whimsical like a carnival theme would have been better. I wanted to check out the arcade but it was too crowded and hectic with all the kids. It may be a fun family night out or a very casual affordable date idea. I don't know how soon I'll be coming back although I want to explore it more. There's even an outdoor racetrack it looked like. I did not try the food but the pizza and cheese fries are pictured here. They looked good.

Kids wanted to do some go karting and this was what Google suggested. Parking looked small from outside . The inside was good . Good location. Service could be better . The lady was slightly hesitant to answer all our questions . We were able to buy tickets o line and had to sign up so many things to get into the race (which I understand is the procedure) .. they charge extras for license etc .. it's good for localities but for someone traveling it is a one time Deal ! Kids liked the race and the track . One issue is - they let large and smaller kids in the same race. Smaller kids make mistakes and they stop the race for all kids which kinda gets boring . The 1 race we had my elder kids were just able to drive 1 lap with nice speed . Other laps were mostly slowed down. It kinda got boring after 2nd lap . Wish they send racers age wise so the enter kids have full entertainment while driving . The cafeteria was ok . Slightly pricey / they didn't have much IPa options . I think they just had 1 variety and it was average .z food was good. Loved the ambience inside . Average experience overall. Could have been much better . 3 stars .

Completely disappointed. I'm a local and I've been coming here for the past couple years with my…read moredaughter almost every week. It seems every month new rules are being implemented. Previously was able to play with my daughter in the soft play area but now it's not allowed unless the parent purchases a pass as well. I myself never would jump on the trampoline but would watch my daughter play but now that is not allowed unless I also purchase a pass or you will have to sit outside the trampoline area out of view of your kid(s). If the parent purchases the pass you will than also have to purchase the socks or you will not be allowed in the area, even if your not jumping. You will notice all of the employees walking in and out of the trampoline area with their shoes on, all of the employees. Once after purchasing a pass I was told I needed to also get a card and then purchase tickets as well to enter the area which made no sense because I already purchased the 2 hour pass. None of the staff seems to be on the same page with what is happening or what the "current rules" are. They will usually close around 9pm but if you show up between 7pm-8pm they will still charge you for the full 2 hours even though your not getting it. No hourly rate and no discount for the time or pass for a following day just the full price for the 2 hours even though you don't get the time. The reason I'm now writing the review is to let people know my experience so that they can save their time. The new rule they are now implementing after I've been coming here for over two years is that in order for you to go to the trampoline area now you have to be 45 inches tall and my daughter is 2 inches shy of that and she has been coming to this place to play on the trampolines for a very long time and now all of a sudden she is no longer welcome because of her height. She is very disappointed and started crying there in front of everyone and couldn't understand because we have purchased so many pairs of socks every time we've come specifically for the trampoline area because you cannot go without their sock but now all of a sudden she's no longer welcome
