This is a great experience for animal lovers. You get a lot of time with the otters and kangaroos…read morespecifically, which I loved. The otters are hilarious and they untied my shoes while I wasn't looking at my feet. The tour guides really care about the animals and explain how all of them ended up here. A lot of them were pets that people abandoned/couldn't handle, which was sad to hear but I'm so glad this place exists for them. I also want to give a shoutout to Albert the albino porcupine. They got him for Lola, the black porcupine, but she won't mate with him because she sees his white color as weak. Albino porcupines are mostly blind, so she keeps rejecting him because she wants strong offspring. Poor Albert!!! I hope he finds love soon.

The staff was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Hope and Sam were especially great -- friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the animals. You can tell the animals are well cared for and loved. I also appreciated that the staff took their safety policies seriously. There was a young boy in our group who was not old enough for one of the experiences, and even though the parents weren't thrilled, the staff still followed their rules and did not allow him to participate. I respect them for prioritizing the safety of both the child and the animals. Such a fun and memorable experience overall!

My total for two adults plus animal food was about $36 because I got one of each food! The pizza was so good. It is not included in your admission, so be prepared to spend money. But if you're going just to pet the animals, it is definitely such a cheap experience and I would not trade this experience for the world. This same experience in my hometown probably would've been upwards $150. The only additional thing you have to pay for animal-wise is the cows. Which will run you $5 for five minutes or $10 for 10 minutes. Just do it, they're perfect. There are two cows they are so sweet. They are named John and Boots. You also get to hold the bunnies for free. You get to feed the goats for free and you get to go into their enclosures and literally just hang out with goats for like 10 minutes. It's all self paced too! Make sure you try the pizza place as well it was elite! Only downside about this place was that there weren't any reptiles :( Overall, 1000/10 can't wait to come back to Florida and visit again next year!

The interior storefront is part ice cream store, part candy shop, and part open seating. It connects directly to Bambini's pizzeria, which is takeout only. However, the open seating is the perfect spot to eat that pizza. Old fashioned looking booths and tables are made even more fun with a ceiling full of vintage toys and interesting items. My kids spent the whole time pointing at things they saw. In the front, there is a table with paper products and pizza fixings. You don't have to eat inside though - there is also eating outside. A small backdoor is the secret entrance to their amazing backyard space- full of tropical plants, statues, some covered tables (although not covered during heavy rain). To go beyond this, you must pay a fee- to see their animals. A very old school florida spot! It was raining so we weren't able to go this time, but my kids loved looking at all the vintage things and drooling over a million candies, that it was fun just being there.

All proceeds goes towards the You Farm's nonprofit aiding third world countries and it's a win win for both sides. Even though it has that part, we primarily enjoyed the pumpkin patch event. There were plenty of pumpkins to pick from and a lot of photo opportunities around the farm. They had vendors selling food, drinks, and jewelry. The kids were able to paint their pumpkins and add glitter to make it super sparkly. There was music going on that the kids could dance to and there was even a gem contest. The kids had the opportunity to go out into the field and find gems. One of the owners gave out prizes for who could bring up the brightest gem from the field. I would definitely come back for other events in the future and it was affordable. You can actually grow your own food there (hint the name ;D) and have a wonderful time learning about how they help others in need. Check out their website for more information on events and their outdoor gardens.

Profits from the farm support You Farm's non profit which promotes education in third world countries so they can become food and water sustainable. The farm got its name because it is a place where families can farm their own food such as greens and eggs. You can either purchase their produce or grow your own in the community garden. People who grow their own food here are called You Farmers. I was driving back from Loxahatchee when I spotted n event at the farm. They were hosting a Seafood Festival and there were a number of food trucks including my favorite, Captain Lobstar. In addition they had some vendors selling craft items, a bounce inflatable for the kids, and they were holding some games like toss the egg. I enjoyed visiting with their adorable animals which included horses, goats, and chickens and I loved learning about what they are doing here. They are helping people to grow nutritious organic produce, aiding people in third world countries, and rescuing animals. This place is worthy of everyone's support. Like them on Facebook to learn about upcoming events they are hosting including a Farmers Market on March 6th.

The dinosaur exhibit outside was such a cool experience, especially seeing the different species, including some we had never even heard of before! The life size replicas were really impressive and made the experience even more fun. The shark tooth sandpit was another cool thing and if you find a tooth it's yours to keep!!. The LEGO exhibit was also fantastic. It's amazing to see how much time, creativity, and work goes into creating those incredible sculptures! There was some construction going on during our visit, but there was still tons to explore. Inside, there were lots of cool science exhibits and interactive things to check out. We didn't bring our bathing suits, but there's also a splash pad, which would be perfect for cooling off on a hot Florida day. We'll definitely be back, and we can't wait to see the expansion once it's completed! We're especially hoping to see even more science exhibits added. Definitely a fun place to spend the day and learn something new along the way!

On this visit, we came to see the BRICK PLANET LEGO® brick exhibition (May 17-September 27), and it was absolutely incredible! The displays were stunning, with so many tiny details that both kids and adults could admire for a long time. Funny enough, this visit wasn't even planned. We originally spent the morning at The Breakers, but the children's play area was under renovation, so we had to quickly find something nearby before the rain started. We remembered our favorite museum, and it turned out to be the perfect backup plan. By the time we arrived, a heavy Florida downpour had started. We got a little soaked running inside, but it was completely worth it--we ended up spending almost the entire day there and had a hard time convincing the kids it was finally time to go home! The LEGO exhibition was amazing, and my girls especially loved the interactive building stations where they could create their own designs. After that, they spent a long time exploring the hands-on science exhibits with magnets, liquids, and other fascinating experiments. One of their favorites was building sculptures from colorful flexible rods, and of course they couldn't leave without visiting the Ball Factory, which has recently been updated and is now one of their favorite areas in the museum. There is also a wonderful playroom for younger children, although my older kids still enjoy it every time we visit. Once the rain stopped, we headed outside to explore the museum grounds. They have updated many of the outdoor exhibits since our last visit. Previously there were dinosaur displays, and inside the museum there was a fun detective-themed exhibition with puzzles, secret codes, and interactive challenges. This time we found Ice Age animals, including a giant saber-toothed tiger and a mammoth, along with several other impressive sculptures. Outside you'll also find a splash pad, giant acoustic dishes that let kids talk to each other from surprisingly long distances, food trucks, ice cream vendors, drinking fountains, and plenty of space to explore. The museum is always clean, the staff is friendly, and there is truly something for every age. Whether your kids love science, LEGO, hands-on experiments, or simply discovering new things, this is a fantastic place to spend the day. Highly recommend for families visiting or living in South Florida!
