Management dismissed our evidence and refused to correct the overcharge. During the exchange they said they were "fine" with us filing a dispute, which -- combined with their response -- makes it seem like this is a recurring issue. I provided invoices and screenshots showing what was promised. Because the charge remains unresolved I have filed a formal dispute with my credit card company. Check everything carefully before you book with them.

I had made a list of things/activities for us to do while she was here and I put Xtreme Action Park on the list. Honestly, I did not think anyone would want to go. But, we woke up one day and decided to just hop over there because it wasn't far from our house. It was around noon on a Wednesday and we almost had the place all to ourselves! When we walked in, we were astonished at how huge this place was! It has indoor go kart racing and I'm not talking the slow, kiddie ones either! These go karts went very fast and it was a very large and curvy track. They also had a huge skating rink, an entire 18 hole, miniature golf room, a huge trampoline room, an obstacle course that hung from the ceiling, virtual reality games and experiences, a ton of standard arcade games as well as a restaurant and bar. (they had so much that I'm probably forgetting something important!) We had the time of our lives! We killed zombies and road motorcycles and battled pirates, laughing, screaming, and yelling the entire time like three little kids. We stopped for a while and went to the bar and ordered nachos and Mojitos. The nachos were delicious (they were actually the best nachos I ever had! ) and they made a special Mojito that was also very good. After we ate and had a couple of drinks, we went back to playing arcade games. Before we got a chance to even do anything else we realized we had been there for five hours! By the time we left, it was getting very busy and we were exhausted but on top of the world. We had so much fun running around that place, each of us addicted to a different arcade game. We left with credits still on our cards so I am going back soon. Regardless of how old you are, put this on your list of things you want to check out because I promise, you won't regret it.

Me and my friend did the VR and the mini golf! We also got lots of arcade credits to play the games. The VR was fun but I didn't like that they didn't clean the goggles (at least I didn't see) after someone playing. That is gross lol. I went and washed my face after. One of the VR rides was broken so I couldn't do it with my friend. The shooting one was a lot more fun than the SpongeBob. The mini golf was cute- it's mini golf lol! We got fries, Red Bull, and blue slush. The prices weren't bad! I was expecting more. Overall fun- kinda loud and busy. But I had a good time. Wish I took photos , next time ;)

I wish something like this existed when I was growing up in Miami in the 80s and early 90s. In addition, the staff was amazing. Anthony, was helpful when we were checking. EmilyCK was very polite when we were ordering food. Yohan took time out to explain some of the flags to me even though I was watching as opposed to racing. And, Charlie, the GM, was very personable and made time to talk with those who were watching the races. Overall, it was a really great experience. We pulled in and there were people racing with helmets and protective gear. We parked up front and saw they had numerous staff everywhere. Music was playing as you heard engines just zooming by. The staff(all wearing light blue shirts) were just advising a family in front of us about safety as they waited their turn. I saw that you do have to be a certain height to ride so everyone,including kids who meet height criteria are welcome. Let me tell you these things went fast and people were taking the racing seriously! I saw a couple just go at it on that track. Now I'm not going to front and say I wasn't nervous so I passed on trying to ride but next time I will definitely try. So spectators like me,are more than welcome,LOL. But be prepared for speed as these things go 45 to 50 miles per hour. Parties of 5 or more do get a discounted rate(about $5 less) and their open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 8pm for now. Prices were a little much ... well I think so cause it's $25 per person for almost 10 minutes but maybe as they progress things will change. Regardless this is a cool spot to check out and burn some rubber or watcg somebody else go fast!

The Kart's are electric & go about 14 mph, if you think that's not fast enough, my iPhone went flying out of my cart & I found it on the track. Our experience had each one of us smiling from ear to ear with cramps in our cheeks! If you are looking for a great time to share with family, friends or break the ice on a first date. This would be a great place to share a moment with any person. You are guaranteed to have a great time! The Karts are a bit tiny, I'm 5'11" and found myself hitting my shin, but a little pain never hurt anyone. The group agreed the Tokyo slide was Epic & was super fun to do while turning. We went in a large group, and got to try out both the racing and the shooting game they offered. The actual race is so fun - you can buy a package to do two races that's around $25, but they offer group discounts and deals the more tickets you buy. I had a blast racing the go-karts, and it was even more fun because I beat my entire family much to their dismay. While the go-kart experience is fun, the entire experience of Battle Racing is pretty mediocre. The building itself is pretty run down, and the staff is not very welcoming or helpful. The place doesn't have a lot to offer in terms of other games to play while you wait your turn, and they also do not offer reservations and the experience is first come first served. I would imagine that creates a weird experience if you aren't the first ones to arrive like we were. There is only one bathroom for the entire space, so if the place is full you have to wait quite a bit. They also offer food and private party services, but seemed pretty unprepared for our private party which my cousin booked in advance with time details and food requests. I think this place could be really successful if they spruced the place up a bit, offered a bit more organization when it came to booking, and had a more welcoming team. There is definitely potential, but it missed the mark for our party this weekend. There is a free parking lot in the back of the building, as well as street parking. Overall, if you want to go-kart race here I would be prepared for an in-and-out experience as it's not a place you want to linger.

Ended up only going on three total attractions (plus some arcade games) due to the long lines at go-karting. We enjoyed putt-putt and the kids finished the excursion getting wet on the bumper boats. Bumper cars looked pretty lame so we passed on that. If we go back, I think a pass covering 2 attractions plus some arcade time would be plenty for us. I feel like our experience was a tad better than 3 stars, but alas I can't award a half star.

The one in Orlando has the auto mall and I think some of them used to be here so there were a couple cars still around, which was cool. The place is very big, with two separate buildings and lots of activities inside. Definitely a good place for children with all the activities but they do have a bar and a huge arcade so we were able to keep ourselves busy.
