I didn't get to taste the food or drinks but they did have a pretty wide diversity of options including the usual fair, pizza chicken fingers and more importantly alcohol for the adults but also lomo saltado and chicken and waffles. They also have private room upstairs for parties. The kids had a great time and it's pretty enclosed so not easy to lose track of your kid. We did not get to meet Mike, but the employees who showed up to set up were great. They were helpful in getting us ready for the game and helping us in and out do the bubbles (not as easy as we thought it would be LOL)! They kept an eye on us and made sure we didn't kill each other on the field because we are quite the competitive group. They stopped whenever we asked and we're kind enough to take photos throughout. We rented the 12 suits for one hour (note that the stadium is charged and paid for separately). You pay a 50% deposit up front and balance is due a few days before your schedule event. Everyone in our group had fun and got a major workout at the same time! Note: you sweat up a storm so I would't recommends long sleeves unless you love to sweat!

When I got to the area, I went to the SuperFlight area and two guys led me to their office, which is on the 2nd floor. The office was very clean and organized. I was told to sign the electronic waiver on a touchscreen laptop by the door. After my friends showed up, they signed their waivers and we paid. We got the flight package deal of 12 minutes and split amongst all of us. We watched an introduction video about keeping our legs straight/bent, keeping our chins up, and relaxing, and safety tips. Then Juris showed us how to do the positions on a table. We were given blue or purple flight suits, disposable hair nets, disposable ear plugs, flexible safety goggles, and helmets to wear and put on. They provided lockers for our belongings. They also have shoes if you don't have closed toe approved shoes. Then we were walked to the SuperFlight outdoor wind vertical tunnel. Juris helped us take photos and then proceeded with flying. Matiss was controlling the wind speed while Juris was helping us fly. He was very respectful and used hand gestures to let us know what to do. We were able to take pictures on the side. It was a great experience! My back was pretty sore but it was because I worked out a lot the day before. But it was breathtaking being up in the air and looking at the surroundings. The flying part was awesome! It happened so quick though. The 2 minutes and few seconds flew by. Everyone including Felipe were so nice and helpful! You can purchase their videos of you flying if you want. Tips are also appreciated so bring cash! I suggest stretching before flying if you don't regularly work out. The employees really try their best to make people feel welcomed. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Parking at Jungle Island garage is $10 and the public lot by the water is $15 flat rate.

I like the set up of the bounce house because it has a bunch of foldable chairs in front where you can keep a close eye on your child/children. My family got there around 1:45pm and spent 3 hours walking, enjoying the time seeing my nephew on the various rides. If you have children from ages 2-7 years old this is a good place for them to burn some energy. Everyone we came across was very nice and helpful...I can definitely see my family and I coming again.

Billing Issues After Cancellation, Proceed with Extreme Caution…read more I strongly advise anyone considering a membership at Dinko to proceed with extreme caution, especially regarding billing and cancellation. I signed up for the Platinum Membership at $175/month. In early September, I canceled my membership after being told I was not allowed to train with my own coach. I followed the exact cancellation process instructed by Isa (owner) and completed it with Odalis at the front desk. Despite canceling properly, I continued to be charged for months. Trying to resolve this was extremely difficult: Calls to Dinko were almost never answered Emails were ignored Follow-ups with staff (including Coco) led nowhere I was told to wait for a response that never came, and eventually communication stopped completely. In total, I was charged for 7 months after cancellation. I only recovered 3 months through bank chargebacks. The remaining amount has not been refunded. Key issues: Charges continued after confirmed cancellation Lack of response from management and staff No accountability or resolution provided They were very quick to restrict access to the facility, but when it came to fixing a billing issue, there was no support or professionalism. If you decide to join, monitor your billing very closely and document everything.
