Although he presented it as assistance, I felt uncomfortable and pressured to comply. He posted reviews without my consent. He spent several minutes using my phone to post reviews about his practice on multiple platforms. In my opinion, patients should never be asked to write reviews while the provider is standing over them, and a provider should never take control of a patient's personal device to post reviews on the patient's behalf. I also referred a friend to the practice. She later told me that while she was undergoing a procedure, reviews were posted from her accounts without her knowledge. Phone was used without her consent, My experience left me feeling that my privacy and autonomy were not respected. Patients should be free to decide whether and when to leave reviews, without pressure or anyone else using their personal devices.

I arrived, Parking took a few extra minutes and by the time I got into the actual office and was standing at the desk, it was almost 20 minutes. She told me that I was late for the appointment, I reminded her that I had called and asked, and she had said to come ahead. She said that she told me 15 minutes not 20 and that they wouldn't take me. I insisted that she check with the dentist and she said it wasn't necessary and that they couldn't see me. I wasted time off of work and drive across town to go to the dentist only to be turned away after I had confirmed the appointment and called in advance to ask if they wanted me to reschedule. I tried to respect their time, but they had zero respect for mine. This pisses me off so much I can't even tell you. I really like this dentist, but I don't think I'm going to go back because I just don't want to take the risk that this receptionist is going to randomly decide that I can't attend my appointment.
