The main problem I have with their milk teas is that every time I ask for less syrup (25,50%), I get no syrup. It's either full syrup or no syrup, which means too sweet or no sweetener. With the exception of the brown sugar milk tea, which had a clump of sugar syrup on the bottom, the rest of the times I asked for less syrup, I got none. I didn't realize the sugar syrup was clumped together at the bottom of the cup for the brown sugar milk tea. The 1st sip was extremely sweet since all the syrup came up. The rest of the drink was devoid of sweetener. I've tried the following milk teas recently: black sesame, jasmine, & brown sugar. I didn't like any of these because of the lack of sweetener. Anyway, learned my lesson not to ask for less sweet drinks here. I also noticed something weird when I went a few months ago. The employee had her phone stuck out from under the employee side pointed towards us. Seemed like she was recording. Weird. Anyway, the OD ( Thai tea) toast was sadly a bit too burnt for me that day. When I went again this week, the OD toast was on point. I always get Thai tea filling cream since I've learned from the 1st time that I got the mixed, the pandan has no flavor whatsoever.
