In February 2025, we noticed we were still being billed even though no pick-up services were being provided. It turns out the pooper scooper was reporting visits that never actually happened. After we caught it, they offered three free months of service to make up for it. Then in September, more unexplained billing changes occurred. At that point, we decided to cancel because we no longer trusted the accuracy of their charges. Magic Unicorn told us they would issue a refund -- but they never did. Since then, they've stopped responding to emails and won't answer the phone. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

I'm partially disabled & can't walk across the unlevel yard without risk of falling so I rely on the promptness of their weekly visit. Today was the second visit & it went well.
