In February 2025, we noticed we were still being billed even though no pick-up services were being provided. It turns out the pooper scooper was reporting visits that never actually happened. At that point, we decided to cancel because we no longer trusted the accuracy of their charges. Magic Unicorn told us they would issue a refund -- but they never did. Since then, they've stopped responding to emails and won't answer the phone. Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.
