Every member of the staff that I have met was friendly knowledgeable, and cared genuinely about the experience for both my pup and for us. Communications has been excellent. Our dog Blondie looks forward to going 2 to 4 days per week. She always comes home tired which is what we would expect. The facility is excellent and gets better every day. They are constantly improving but, I'm impressed by the diversity of the engagement that the dogs have. They have group play in a room or they can go outside and there's a splash pad which apparently is a big hit. Maybe it's a pool I don't know but it's shallow and the dogs get wet and enjoy it. The staff members we have watched interact with not just our dog, but also with the entire group is a whole and they have always been actively engaged and moving the entire time. We're not talking about a minute or two at a time, they are constantly moving and constantly engaged. It's actually very impressive. I have to call out Omar who did a very difficult nail trim on our pitsky (pit bull - Husky) as the quick of her nail comes out fairly far. It is the best nail trim. She has had to date. No problems whatsoever and he said it was easy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and wholeheartedly endorse The Dog Stop - Plano as a safe and wonderful place to take your pet for play and grooming. We have not tried the other services but probably will soon.

He loved my dog, sent me regular updates and photos, and even sent a cute graphic report of her areas of possible concern, such as aforementioned skin issues, and where she is doing great, like her coat and overall outward appearance. From the moment he arrived, it was clear how knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated he is--not just to grooming, but to making both you and your pet feel completely at ease. He took such great care of my cat, and the level of attention, patience, and love he showed was unmatched. Roger goes above and beyond--he even sends updates throughout the appointment, which gave me so much peace of mind. I've used other mobile grooming services before that charged twice as much and didn't come close to the thorough and thoughtful experience Roger provides. The difference is night and day. The outcome of my cat's grooming was absolutely perfect, and I couldn't be happier. Roger is hands down the best, and I can't recommend him highly enough. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your pet and delivers exceptional service, look no further. Thank you, Roger!
