And so we followed him too. We are extremely grateful since this makes it much more convenient for us. Our chow chow always looks great and smells clean. Fernando is always punctual, respectful, and extremely friendly. Since this is a new business, I would advise any clients to be a bit patient. His schedule is always booked 1-2 weeks in advance, which is a testament to how good he is. If you text him it may take some time for him to get back to you. Be patient. It's worth the wait, and we all know your dog is trying to delay in inevitable.

We have been using PAI for several years after being recommended by them from a colleague. We are…read moreso grateful to have found Donna and her reliable team. Our rescue dog is a loner dog who had horrible separation anxiety. If we left him alone in our home with drop in visits we would find our home in disarray. It's hard for me to say enough good things about The Dog Stop in PLANO. The owners are present and…read moreactively engaged in the operation. Every member of the staff that I have met was friendly knowledgeable, and cared genuinely about the experience for both my pup and for us. Communications has been excellent. Our dog Blondie looks forward to going 2 to 4 days per week. She always comes home tired which is what we would expect. The facility is excellent and gets better every day. They are constantly improving but, I'm impressed by the diversity of the engagement that the dogs have. They have group play in a room or they can go outside and there's a splash pad which apparently is a big hit. Maybe it's a pool I don't know but it's shallow and the dogs get wet and enjoy it. The staff members we have watched interact with not just our dog, but also with the entire group is a whole and they have always been actively engaged and moving the entire time. We're not talking about a minute or two at a time, they are constantly moving and constantly engaged. It's actually very impressive. I have to call out Omar who did a very difficult nail trim on our pitsky (pit bull - Husky) as the quick of her nail comes out fairly far. It is the best nail trim. She has had to date. No problems whatsoever and he said it was easy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and wholeheartedly endorse The Dog Stop - Plano as a safe and wonderful place to take your pet for play and grooming. We have not tried the other services but probably will soon.

On this particular day, my little dog woke up with a limp so I called City Vet Murphy and asked to come see my regular vet, which is Dr. Burgin ( the wife) and they said that she was not working that day, but her husband was and he would be happy to see me. I was so happy because I was so worried about my little dog, so I jumped in the car and took him out to see Dr. Burgin ( the husband). He was just as fabulous as his wife. Both vets are so kind and caring and knowledgeable and patient they make you and your pet feel extremely comfortable. In this case, their staff was also wonderful... and that makes a huge difference since they are the first people you encounter. Everybody that works here is so warm and welcoming. they helped us immediately, and the doctor came in quickly to assess what was going on with my little dog. After I left, they sent me a quick text just to let me know that I can reach out to them anytime if I had any questions or concerns. They also followed up the next day just to check on Bobo! I absolutely love them. I'm so happy to have finally found a vet to take care of my precious Bobo! If you're anywhere near Murphy, I highly suggest using this vets office for your pets needs. They are amazing and I have definitely seen a lot of vets!

My dog is always so excited when we head out the door in the morning knowing she gets to go play at daycare. I love all of the events and treats that they offer in their monthly calendars (especially the little photo shoots!). Being a medical student and having my hours change each month has been stressful but Cesar and the gang have been extremely helpful and it's lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders in knowing that my dog is being cared for during my long shifts. I also love the fact that they have cameras! I like getting to check in on my baby when I have a second during the day.
