He is in love with his dog walkers. And so am I. I miss my dog everyday. For the last two years he has joined me at work, everyday. This new move has him sitting alone at home. Though, he makes himself busy painting watercolors of his old home in Beaumont-Sur-Mer, or compiling a literary critique of the known works of Franz Kafka. I know he misses me as well. They help incredibly with this. I get daily pictures of their walks, and a log of the route they take. It makes me feel as if I'm right there with them. Without hearing Jeff recite made up Haikus of the various foliage changes during the season. So, I highly recommend Go Go. And in Jeff's words: "Je vis avec une Amérique illettrée qui ne peut pas arrêter de fréquenter la mauvaise femme." I don't even know what that means.

The owner, RoNae, seems to be very pleasant and honest in the initial meeting. My dog likes everyone, so I could not rely on his opinion of the walker's character. After a few visits I noticed my dog seemed antsy, so I started to check my alarm verifications for arrival and departure times. I was paying for a 30 minute walk, but noticed two times it was closer to 9 minutes. My dog and I gave them the benefit of the doubt until it happened again at 11 minutes. RoNae was unable to refund me and just apologized. My worry was for the people that do not have anyway of timing them. My main reason for sharing this is for the animals. I always want the best care for mine and I believe this company is NOT the best option.

Our young Labradoodle is a little skittish around people and other dogs and he came in and had her interacting with other people in no time. He came to our house and thoughtfully created a plan for our pup that worked for specifically for her. No cookie cutter approach to dog training here. Wes helped our little one with her confidence and barking at everyone that came within a quarter mile of her. We still have work to do with our Labradoodle, but Wes has set us up with a great plan including his interaction as we need. So much different than other dog trainers that came with a single approach to our pup's needs and became frustrated when her insecurities took longer than the trainer cared to take. Wes, instead, is patient and moved at our pup's pace. Jolly Pup also offers dog walking and boarding, but I can't speak to those services. I have used them twice a day at the same times every day for the last 1-1.5 months with the same walker, although I met a backup walker at some point just in case the first was unavailable. During this time they have been fairly disorganized with incorrect pricing which I have been pretty lenient on, just correcting it and moving on with my day. Tuesday was the final straw. They made a change in the schedule without telling me and allowed some stranger (whom I have never met and who has never met my two German shepherds before) to enter my home alone, without my permission or knowledge, and walk my dogs at the wrong time of day as well. Not good because my dogs are on medications that make them pee a lot so we have to specifically time their walks to prevent accidents. More importantly, if something happened to the walker in my house because dogs can be territorial to strangers in their house, I WOULD BE LIABLE. The owner, Olga, said it was an honest mistake and said she thought I had met this walker before but now sees in my files that I met someone else. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I also don't really care because in the end, this was a huge violation of my privacy. Olga assured me she wouldn't charge me for this walk, which is laughable because I wasn't planning on paying for it. Beware of this company.
