Ordered two products from the Bill Philips Supplement Store , I paid for them already (over $100)…read moreand still have not gotten them almost a month later. They are not backordered but my order is still listed as "unfilled." I have tried to contact customer service on the websites several times (10 or 12 times) and have heard absolutely nothing from them. I called the one phone number I could find and it was no longer in service. I even drove to the address listed on their website only to find a completely empty building with no signage. I just want my products or my money back! I was Bill Philips biggest supporter, now I'm just discussed with him and his business. Update - I finally received the products I ordered on 11/17/2020. I still haven't heard anything from the company about any of my customer service inquires. I will absolutely not order from this company EVER again!

On March 9th I sent an e-mail asking to be included. My credit card was then charged $1995 for the four-day camp and lodging, etc. Two months before the camp I got word that I had been assigned to work at a customer location during the time of the camp. I sent an e-mail to Maria asking her to use my spot for someone else. I have never received a refund or reply. I have sent 10 e-mails and several IMs asking them to help me get a refund. No reply. No reply at all. I am now looking at bringing them to small claims court with hopes I can get my money back.

The atmosphere is very cliquey and not empowering to the young men & women who are there simply because they love to dance. Especially for teenage girls, this studio is toxic. The catty and exclusive behavior of the dancers in company is not discouraged. The instructor, by the name of Julia, is demeaning to the dancers who are not in company and provides them with very few opportunities to expand their dance skills. One student left two weeks before the recital because of the way this instructor treated her. There are so many wonderful dance instructors. Why settle for one that has the ability to influence the minds and bodies of the students in a negative way? After several years at the studio, our child could no longer take the emotional toll the studio's atmosphere was having on them. Look elsewhere. There are other choices when it comes to finding a dance studio where your child can flourish and be happy doing what they love.

I visited Golden Yoga & Healing Arts for the first time for the yin yoga class on a Friday evening…read more I am a yoga instructor myself and practice yin yoga at studios all around Denver, so I'm experienced enough to know that Jacqueline, the class instructor, is very skilled in guiding this style of practice. She was warm and welcoming, helping me to gather all of the needed props for her sequence. I was lucky to be the only student in the class, as it meant I received hands-on assists (she asked first if I welcomed them) and additional attention. Jacqueline offer enough guidance without being overbearing, and she offered additional practice options including mudras, which was a nice touch. Her supportive and nurturing demeanor were well suited to the yin style of practice and I left feeling very restored. The studio itself has an eclectic appeal, with practice rooms on multiple floors of a building shared with other businesses. The lobby area was on the third floor and required following signs in the building to locate where to go. There appeared to be two practice rooms and a room for massage, from what I could see. The studio is fairly small and definitely has that independent/community-based vibe, which is nice. The biggest challenge is the location, which is not the easiest to find on the 6th Avenue frontage road. For those willing to seek this place out, they offer affordable classes in a laid back environment and it's definitely worth visiting.

The only good part is you get paid decently. But the "management" is chaotically disorganized, dishonest, and ultimately horrific. They fail to staff their facilities well if at all most time and will completely disregard your availability. As a former lifeguard, we don't want to be like this either. If we don't kick guests out of lap for not swimming laps, or take our eyes off the water to make sure your crying son is okay, we get punished. Blame management not the guards, we're just as annoyed as you. This facility is also incredibly dirty, as they only allow 30 minutes of cleaning. The water, floors, and overall facility is disgusting. Senior guards 99% of the time don't help, and don't enforce cleaning on the guards either.

Calling all those who hate their bodies!…read more This place is super great. I dragged my sorry behind in here to work with MaryJo. At the time, I was so angry at my body that everytime I began serious workout schedule, I over did it and ended up with a sprained ankle, foot, etc. MaryJo is a trainer but also a therapist. Through her guidance, I was able to gently return to a state of peace with my body- and yes, I developed rock hard abs as well. MaryJo is really unusual because she brings a different element to working out- one that includes your mind and your spirit. Working with her is not like working with another trainer. When you feel most frustrated and tense, she stops you and asks whats going on. She uses her clinical training to probe into the the disconnects of mind, body and spirit. She's not just a trainer who stands there and counts 1-8. In addition, she can tell from my poses which parts of me are weaker than others and she adjusts our workouts to strengthen my weakest points. I have only done private sessions with her. But I know she is opening classes on mediation and workouts. I hope to try some of those out. I'm damn well pleased to be working out with her. If you are at your wits end with your body, this is the place to go.
