Service was fantastic. Maddie really helped me. She was so patient and kind. I tried well over 15 boots. She has great customer service. Ari was exceptional as well. The selection was amazing. As for value? Not so great. They are kind of pricey. read more

Andrea was SUPER NICE, amazing customer service, everyone else so damn rude like why?

Customer service is really lacking. Lots of gossip and yapping but barely any mind to customers. The selection isn't great either, lacking in all departments. read more

Boot barn is always a cool place to shop. All the associates are kind and willing to help you. My favorite part about the store is how clean and organized it is! read more

Crazy that this boot barn doesn't carry the boxes the boots came in. Never have I ever spent $200 on a pair of shoes/boots and not gotten a box for them. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service up front was horrible as well. Teenage kids (3 of them) behind the counter snickering and talking amongst each other while ringing in our order. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Can't believe I spent $300 here. This place is a joke. read more

I used to come here a lot but because money has been tight I haven't been able to make my way back here. And after my experience here I should've just stayed away. And here is why... Monday April 8, 2024 I went in knowing I was going to buy something because I had saved enough money to finally purchase a pair of boots. After a few days had passed by and I had Re-tried the boots on, I decided to go back in and exchange them on Friday April 12, 2024 for a size up so I'd have a more comfortable fit. Come Saturday I wore them out for the first time. After wearing them just a few hours the leather started to crack and these boots felt and looked like I have worn them for a year!!! So today Monday 15,2024 I went in the store to return the boots. I told the women at the register that after 1 day, just a few hours of wearing them they look and feel like these boots have been worn for a year. Her response was "oh no I've worn boots for a year and mine had holes on the bottom" so immediately I was dismissed and she proceeded to tell me that they aren't that bad. But I'm sorry you've had holes in your boots after a year of wearing them. If you purchased them from your work I can see why that was the case but if you've ever purchased high quality boots they should last you more than just one year of wear. After that comment she didn't try to refund me or see what she could do for me. she out the gate said " I can only give you store credit or an exchange of the same boot". So if you would like boots that are high quality and will last you more than just a few hours and you would like to be a customer by a company that will give you a better service than a response I received. A company that won't just take your money and say whelp it is what it is. Than this Boot Barn is not the place for you. This isn't just $40 jeans or $20 necklaces this is $230 boots. This kind of service after spending a chunk of money like this is distasteful. After I use my store credit I will not be returning. read more

They don't have sizes posted on clothes racks, they also have a price tags hidden inside the shirt along the neck. I told the staff it's hard to find sizes and prices, everyone of them said I know. Just really surprised about there attitudes. They didn't strike me that they cared, and there over priced. read more

Three years in a row i have left the store empty handed. I wear a size 12EEEE or 12EE. They don't carry any selection in larger sizes.

They were unprofessional. Even complained to my work about me because I brought in a voucher from my work. They didn't want to help me find the boots my voucher would cover. And their complaint was lies saying I was disrespectful. When all I asked is I needed boots my size and extra wide and I didn't want to go over. They did finally find me a pair where it was a couple dollars over. But, they made it seem impossible at first. read more

Horrible customer service there's like six people working no one shopping and you walk in and not even an acknowledgment, stand in the middle of the store looking around for some assistance and everyone ignores you. This place will not be getting my money. read more

Store and staff were top notch. Clean friendly atmosphere. They have a ton of nice looking boots but we were in need of some reinforced toe work/western women's boots. There were at least 10 styles in this category and we went home with the perfect pair. They have a rewards program which saved 10% which helped. Good boots aren't cheap so any % off is nice. The clothing selection was huge and will probably be back for some work jeans. read more

Worse customer service ever! As soon as I came in there was like 4 workers just chitchatting and I was just standing there trying to ask them a question but they never even stopped talking so I can ask so I had to just ask! And still super rude! I'm never coming back here EVER!!! read more

Some of the most helpful staff members I have encountered at a boot barn. And that's saying also since I haven't been to a bad boot barn yet. I was there for almost an hour and was helped by multiple members and finally found the boots I liked but wanted a different color so they ordered them for me. Boots arrived in a few days, picked up some American flag bandannas then off to work with some fresh work boots! read more

Boot Barn - New boots - Shoe Stores Near Me - Victorville, California

No point in going into the store. Everything stocked on shelves is all they had. Scratched up boots with very little sizes to choose from. Multiple boots on boot barn site that the employees at this location say they don't carry. Make sense of that? On top of it, the ONE guy that was working there standing around doing not much of anything was completely useless and rude. Only thing he was good at was having an attitude. I'll just order my boots online, and from a different company other than boot barn. Last time coming here. Take my word or leave it, but you will see this boot barn is embarrassingly sad compared to any other one I've been to. Good luck!!! read more

The manager is rude ... I bought a pair of boots for a concert . paid $200 wore them 1 night and the heel literally came off. I went in to just exchange them for another pair. She refused the moment I said it was for a concert she snapped and said "we aren't doing any returns " . I tried explaining I did not want my money back , just another pair of boots with a heel!! I went to the Boot Barn in Bakersfield while on a work trip and they were amazing!! They allowed me to exchange them for another pair No problem!! Victorville needs some lessons on Customer service and satisfaction! read more

Terrible staff here! They act nice when your shopping with them but if you need to return anything good luck ! Rude as can be with zero help! I bought a fire resistant flannel for almost $100 and didn't realize till I got home that it was one size too small and was refused for a return for one size bigger ! This place is a joke with rude customer service! I would not recommend this place to anyone if you shop here you will see ! read more

My New favorite store! Awsome verioty of boots. And clothing. Great customer service.

We came in looking to purchase boots. A staff member named Tori was working in the back section I over heard a woman ask if Tori could find the matching boot for the one she was wanting to try on. Tori appeared reluctant as she told the woman, oh it's on display if your 100% sure you want it I'll get it for you, but only if your sure you want them. Then a member of my party asked if Tori would measure her for the correct boot size Tori says boots would be the same as their shoe size but if she wasn't sure of her shoe size than she would messure her. When I asked if someone could temporarily remove the security tag staff said sure, just walk to the front and ask. The store was not super busy but customer service does appear to be lacking slightly. read more

I needed some work boots, so I decided to choose Boot Barn. My wife, and I entered the store, and were immediately followed around by store by employees. I noticed no one else was approached, and asked if they needed help, but we were asked numerous times. i found a boot I wanted, and my wife left with an employee to look at something she wanted. I went to the aisle after trying on my boots, and my wife was speaking with the employee. About two seconds later another employee shows up at the other end of the aisle, and asked me if I need help. I did not respond, so she blocks off the aisle, and starts arranging boots on her end moving towards me. I had to back up, and leave the aisle so i would not get completely blocked in. I will not be going back to purchase anything else, i would suggest some form of customer courtesy training for their staff if they plan to stay in business. read more

Way too overpriced to be so unfriendly. People are spending serious money in this store and the women who work there are wayyyy too cold. Act like they've been riding a saddle the wrong way all day. I give them a try once every decade. Won't waste the trip in 2030. read more

We usually go into this store often to make purchases. Lately when we have been going in there's usually a group of girls talking at the cash registers not paying attention to customers. Jeanine greeted us and helped us pick out boots that were perfect for us and treated us like she has known us for years and made us feel welcomed. Once we got to the register, their "manager", Tessa, helped us. Firstly, she was very rude, gave my fiance dirty looks because we asked if we could use our points that we earned from a previous purchase. Tessa did not want anything to do with us and never brought up lay away which is what we wanted to do. The items that we were buying are for our wedding. Jeanine then explained to us that we CAN do lay away and that's what we did. Next time we go in there and see Tessa working we will leave the store. read more

I've been going to Boot Barn pretty steady for a couple of years and I've always like the greeting I get when I walk in. Every employee has an interest in working there. They make sure I get exactly what I need. I bought work boots from there and was in the process of breaking them in and I noticed that in the middle of the day they felt really tight because my feet swell. They let me exchange the boots with no problem. They made me extremely happy!!!! Thank you very much. I didn't get their names, but there two young ladies were managers. One was the general and the other was shift I believe. AMAZING!!!! THANK YOU. read more

I was referred to this business today by some friends. I'm having a special event and from what I was told, Boot Barn would have been the perfect place. My husband and I arrived there and there were 4-5 employees all at the front of the store talking. I was so excited and amazed looking around the store because it looked like the place would have everything I needed. Once the employees saw my husband and I they immediately disbursed. One went into the back and the others went as far away from us as possible. They all disbursed without saying a word to us. My husband immediately noticed that our money was no good in this store. Let me mention that our friends that referred us are White and we are Native American and African American. It was obvious that this business has no room for people like us. In 2019 you would think that people can do better. read more

Been buying Boots and Hats there for years at the Victorville store, Ya'll used to answer Your phone why not now ????????

Always love coming to this location. Amanda and her team treats us like family and is extremely patient and knowledgeable about their products. We've been shopping here for years and have referred dozens of people to this store. It's very rare to have someone take the time to truly care about their customers but Amanda truly takes the time to help us through our selections and match us with the right gear for both work and leisure time. Our friends also have had the same awesome customer service from Amanda and the sales team here and some drive over a hundred miles just to shop with them because they truly take their time to help find the right gear for them too. We will continue to shop here and will be in again soon to gear up for hiking season. read more

Lot of copl clothes, hats and everything for a night out or work .clothes clothes. And boots. Lol.

Last week I went in to buy some boots for the first time & a employee named Shelby was absolutely amazing! I wish more stores had employees like her. She made my shopping experience so much easier. I have been having a very hard time finding boots and she had such patience with me and answered all my questions and the store was pretty busy and she multi task very well with helping others and returning to check on me. I ended up buying the boots and love them. I came in today and this is what got me to write my review, Shelby was their and instantly greeted me and remembered me. Asked how I was doing & how the boots were fitting. I came in to pick up an online order and asked her if she could help style an outfit for me because I didn't really know how to put it together, she once again went above and beyond bringing me different sizes that I needed and suggestions. Employees truly make or break shopping experiences for me. I haven't shopped at boot barn in a long time because years ago I wouldn't receive help & now i get amazing service and will definitely continue to shop here. Majority of stores now the employees seem to not want to work or even get ready for work and this is far from the case. The two times I've been helped by her she wasn't rushing me or others & she looked amazing! I was getting inspired by her outfits! Thank you! read more

I went into Boot Barn about 3 weeks ago my husband needed boots for work he only buys them at Boot Barn steel toe size 10 and a half wide, 115 per pair. Anyway I wanted to buy two pair like we always do. And they only had one pair and ordered the other pair telling me it would be about 5 to 7 business days before the second pair came in. They said they would call me. 7 days went by and I called on that Monday. I spoke to whoever answered the phone and told her the scenario, she told me they should have never told me 5 to 7 days sometimes they don't know how long it takes. I said okay well will you just check maybe they're there. she put me on hold for about 5 minutes came back and said no they're not here I said okay will you guys still call me or do I need to keep calling back to check she said we will call you when they come in. Another week went by I called on that following Monday. another girl answered the phone I told her the scenario she said oh they should be here will be on hold for 5 minutes, came back on the line and said no they're not here my husband was next to me and said just cancel I'll go and pick up my money tomorrow. I told the girl she said okay no problem, she said sorry and we hung up. My husband went into the store. Tuesday to get his money back. Just for the heck of it he looked over by the shoes where we usually get these and they were in a box on the floor. He took them up front and said are these my shoes? The girl looked it up and checked it I said what yes I'm not sure what happened there? Anyway needless to say it was a big pain in the ass, we live 45 minutes away and the girls were not very friendly to me on the phone or to him when he came in, we will not be shopping there anymore we'll just order them online from now on. that's a shame too because I really like that store I've spent a lot of money in the store there's never a time I go and spend $300-500 Oh well you don't care we don't care! Ordering online is much easier anyway. read more

My husband always orders the same type of wrangler jeans through the online site because he prefers non washed, and we are always pleased with the pricing and quality of boot barn clothes as well as Boots! Staff is nice but I find it troubling that a place that "specializes" in boots seems to carry very few wides in my size (13). My first visit was for hiking boots, which they don't carry. This time I was looking for work boots and had $ to spend, again I left disappointed. They also require that you pay for any orders which I refuse to do without trying them on first. read more
