Purchase a pair of shoes on 2 August at this location. Honestly, it was the first time I found something at that location. I did not feel like driving down the hill to Ontario Mills. I wore the shoes for about 10 to 15 minutes and my feet started hurting And I've bought cats before and never had a problem like it. So I called up to find out if they've gotten a new delivering of shoes on Tuesday, I was told no they didn't but if I have a problem with the pair of shoes, I got there I could go to any location. You can see my review of the location in Fontana Regarding what happened there. So I speak to a manager name Stephanie, who says that she's not gonna return my shoes. She's only gonna exchange them. I said I know you don't have anything I want there and I need new shoes and she said well that's all I'm doing for you and if you called customer service, don't be sending us information. I explained to her that when I contacted customer service they really need an education and providing customer service and they didn't even bother getting my information and they were very insistent that I go to the store. So she tells me that basically don't come there and she's not doing anything. I took pictures of the shoes. She didn't even wanna see the pictures. She claimed that with the manager said if the other store was good enough for her. She also told me that I should contact the manufacturer because don't give me a refund. I even asked her for that information and since she did not want to be helpful, including refusing to help me, bring the shoes to her and or see the pictures that I needed her area manager's phone number. She gave me his number that was pretty much it. I spoke with Gary. I sent him the pictures and he told me he was gonna contact the store. So as I got closer, I reached out to him to see if I'm supposed to take the shoes there or not and he said there's nothing wrong with those shoes. They look brand new take them to the store. They're gonna do a return he told me to see Angel And that's it. When I got there, apparently Angel was at lunch so the guy at the counter was like well hold on and apparently this girl I spoke to on the phone was working there and get the shoes and she tells him look don't argue. just do the return so they went ahead and did the refund. I should not have to go through that to get a simple refund. I had to point out to them also that in California the law vacs the consumer and in California if you cannot provide a service or a product, you cannot charge them or keep their money. You must give it back to him. And at one point, she did tell me that she could give me a gift card for store credit and I said no I don't ever see myself coming back here ever again. When I spoke to Gary, I let Gary know that I'm in shopping and this is no joke at WSS ever since they opened a store in Montebello and I think that was around 1993 or 1994. I've never had this problem before I've never had to return shoes before I did exchange shoes one time because they were miss boxed and that was not a problem. It was done without a complication or anything. Unfortunately, that store is in Hawthorne and I was not gonna drive all the way out to LA to buy shoes. So this is definitely gonna be my last time dealing with WSS. As I'm doing this review. I'm actually at Ontario Mills and I'm going to go into the Timberland store and the sketcher store because my original visit was to buy Work boots and boots to wear at the gym Since they cannot help me easily with one. They don't get the second. Oh, and by the way, they told me that I should not have worn the shoes and again I asked how do you break in shoes without wearing them and how do you break in shoes without wearing it but not only that not getting the souls dirty of course she cannot answer that question excepting with a I don't know. Gary told me I had a very valid point. I said technically if you're in there trying them on they're now used they're no longer new so you guys are selling your shoes is that what you're saying no try them on is different than wearing them. I would give this WSS location a big fat 0!!! Let me start off by saying if you are handicap or disabled I wouldn't recommend shoping at this location at all, they have no sympathy for the disabled or the handicap community!!!! My husband ordered a pair of shoes online , they emailed him saying they were ready and how would he like to pick up. they gave him two options one was for store pick up and one for curbside pick up so he chose to do curbside pick up due to him having a broken foot. He did the steps for curbside pick up then a guy came out asked for ID and said he will be back with the shoes, he came back with no shoes and told us that they don't do store pick anymore. That my husband has to go inside to get the shoes whether he had a broken foot or not so my husband asked if I was able to go inside and get the shoes because they already checked ID that he has A BROKEN FOOT SO HE CAN'T GO IN he said NO that the one who bought it has TO pick it up (but if you don't do curbside pick up why would you send someone out in the first place to check ID and say they will be back with the shoes ??? ) I Asked to speak to a manager and my husband just said you know what just help me walk inside (mind you with a broken foot and Crutches) so we can get the shoes. We go inside and manager "Carmen" Assists us with a nasty attitude like we interrupted something. She then proceeded to tell us that they don't do curbside pick up and that going inside to pick up is store policy. They don't have that written on their policy because they couldn't even show us this at all ! My husband showed her the email that said curbside pick up and she didn't have anything to say! Plus no im sorry! they did not feel bad when my husband let them know he can't walk why would they have him come inside, all she said is oh well I need to see ID! Customer service was horrible I was recording until we were about to leave once i put my phone away the manager Carmen and the guy with the red hair started cursing at us telling us to get out because I was extremely upset and I had said how fucked up this is to make a person with a broken foot come inside to pick up when in reality there is CURBSIDE pick up because we spoke to corporate they said they do have curbside pick up available so they are lacking all types of customer service and they make WSS store look BAD they have no type of Integrity also they are super Lazy! I bought two pair of shoes there. I asked if they gave refunds if shoes happened to not work out. I was told yes, within 30 days. That was ALL she said. When I got the shoes home, I wore them for a little while around the house and realized they were rubbing my ankle. I went back to the store two days later, asked for a refund. The guy asked if I wanted an exchange. I said no, I want to get a refund. He then looked at the bottom of the shoe and said he can't refund me, as they have been worn. I said I wore them inside only, and for a short time. (Really, how are you going to know if the shoes will work out unless you wear them for a short time?) Also, I had been told I could get a refund within 30 days when I bought them. Nothing else. I was never told to wear them briefly, and only inside. He looked at them again (there was no wear, of course) and said they'd been worn outside. I told him they had not. He refused to refund me. Why don't they require that the employee tell the customer what is required in order to get a refund when they sell shoes? It would take ten seconds. I would leave no stars if that was even possible. I have never seen such terrible service at a WSS. All of the girls behind the counter were on their own personal phone instead of helping customers. They only had one person on register, and they were extremly rude and difficult to talk to. Overall the experience was terrible and I will never be coming back here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE went in on Saturday 3/24/2018 and bought my daughter some shoes, well they ended up not fitting her, so I return today 3/26/2018 to return them, and the assistant manager couldn't refund me, due to the wrong size on the receipt didn't match with the actual shoe box size. Horrible customer service, I went in to buy a pair of nikes that I saw online on sale, when I arrived they weren't on sale I asked an associate if he could check the price because online the price was different, he said he was going to ask the manager, he came back and said they're only on sale online not in store I would have to purchase online to get that price. I only went for pick up, waited 20 mins, only one woman was in front of me in line and she just walked out. 1 customer at checkout and 3 employees behind counter. I order online school shoes for my 9 year old and we didn't notice untill the night before that they sent me a display shoe, so one shoe was all faded they weren't even matching. Ive never had such a rude person like this young lady that works here I got shoes for my son I got throne size too small went back the next day to exchange them and all she said these6 shoes have e'en worm the sole is dirty! My son just tried on one shoe just to show me they didn't fit didn't even walked in it!so they came like this from their store I tried explaining to her all she would say was store policy! I love this store I've been coming here since the store opened up here in victorville. I've never had an issue with WSS either down the hill or up here in the high desert. I love shopping here for my kids. Everyone from the staff is always helpful and I'm always greeted at the door. They have great prices and they just recently started ordering shoes which I think is convenient because when we can't find our size they could always order them. read more

Being that this specific location sucks and there's no other store around would mean your purposely going to this specific store and nowhere else. Since it's a Monday at 1:30pm I'm sure they aren't getting that much business. The dead give away that they haven't had much business today was the fact that 4 employees were standing in a circle when I walked in. There's a bunch of online coupon offers (even on Yelp) so it's mind boggling that when I asked if I could use a coupon the dumb fuck told me no that it has to be printed out. I haven't seen people randomly carry printers around (not recently at least) so I left. I gave my business to Foot Locker instead of it being a hassle for the jerk at wss to let me use a coupon. read more
