Attention ALL!!! Do not spend your money here the rudest people ever and racist people I ever encountered. Today me and my sister went here to get somethings was trying to use my husband military discount with him on FaceTime mind you. They denied me and then had the nerve to ask me about my conversation on the phone with my husband. We still leave in a racist word and it starts at WSS with the poor customer service and the lack of respect for people of color never getting my money. Keep your money Victorville WSS sucks and rude!!!!! read more

Shout out to Angel he got me right I placed an online order ended up with the wrong size and he was able swap the shoes for right size to get me in and out in no time ... thank you big dawg ! Any body needs quick service ask for my boy Angel he get you right !!! read more

I found the shoes I was looking for in 1 minute. Great price and excellent customer service.

New location, nicer set up. I would say new employees as well. Customer service is improved. They have more room. They have a wider variety of shoes. I, for one, am a peaky shopper with a low budget. I didn't find anything of my liking. But I found what I came to purchase. read more

I would give this WSS location a big fat 0!!! Let me start off by saying if you are handicap or disabled I wouldn't recommend shoping at this location at all, they have no sympathy for the disabled or the handicap community!!!! My husband ordered a pair of shoes online , they emailed him saying they were ready and how would he like to pick up. they gave him two options one was for store pick up and one for curbside pick up so he chose to do curbside pick up due to him having a broken foot. He did the steps for curbside pick up then a guy came out asked for ID and said he will be back with the shoes, he came back with no shoes and told us that they don't do store pick anymore. That my husband has to go inside to get the shoes whether he had a broken foot or not so my husband asked if I was able to go inside and get the shoes because they already checked ID that he has A BROKEN FOOT SO HE CAN'T GO IN he said NO that the one who bought it has TO pick it up (but if you don't do curbside pick up why would you send someone out in the first place to check ID and say they will be back with the shoes ??? ) I Asked to speak to a manager and my husband just said you know what just help me walk inside (mind you with a broken foot and Crutches) so we can get the shoes. We go inside and manager "Carmen" Assists us with a nasty attitude like we interrupted something. She then proceeded to tell us that they don't do curbside pick up and that going inside to pick up is store policy. They don't have that written on their policy because they couldn't even show us this at all ! My husband showed her the email that said curbside pick up and she didn't have anything to say! Plus no im sorry! they did not feel bad when my husband let them know he can't walk why would they have him come inside, all she said is oh well I need to see ID! Customer service was horrible I was recording until we were about to leave once i put my phone away the manager Carmen and the guy with the red hair started cursing at us telling us to get out because I was extremely upset and I had said how fucked up this is to make a person with a broken foot come inside to pick up when in reality there is CURBSIDE pick up because we spoke to corporate they said they do have curbside pick up available so they are lacking all types of customer service and they make WSS store look BAD they have no type of Integrity also they are super Lazy! WSS you Need new managers and employees! read more

WSS - Carmen Manger Couldn't get the guys name! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Victorville, California

I wouldn't recommend this store. The employees are rude and inappropriate. The first thing the guy working the close on 12-29-24 was rude when saying the store what closing. Second when checking out they were him and all three women in the front were talking sharing a drink and how they had herpes and hepatitis in front of my children. Just ridiculous I even have to write this at all. read more

I bought two pair of shoes there. I asked if they gave refunds if shoes happened to not work out. I was told yes, within 30 days. That was ALL she said. When I got the shoes home, I wore them for a little while around the house and realized they were rubbing my ankle. I went back to the store two days later, asked for a refund. The guy asked if I wanted an exchange. I said no, I want to get a refund. He then looked at the bottom of the shoe and said he can't refund me, as they have been worn. I said I wore them inside only, and for a short time. (Really, how are you going to know if the shoes will work out unless you wear them for a short time?) Also, I had been told I could get a refund within 30 days when I bought them. Nothing else. I was never told to wear them briefly, and only inside. He looked at them again (there was no wear, of course) and said they'd been worn outside. I told him they had not. He refused to refund me. Why don't they require that the employee tell the customer what is required in order to get a refund when they sell shoes? It would take ten seconds. I will not ever be going back to that store. read more

Service terrible. I don't recommend this store to shop I send an email for the complaint and it really didn't do any good. I'll will never shop there. read more

Travis helped me and my 2 kids out! Knowledgeable, funny and very friendly. Highly recommend going to him when buying anything.

Went in to buy shoes. Found a cute womans dodger hat a whole row of them saying 26.00. They weren't on sale for 26.00 they were full price. False advertisement with at least 15 hats. Just my own opinion bad customer service and false advertisement read more

Terrible shoes selection and they never have nothing!!! Absolutely sh** show as soon as you walk in your ready to walk out. I would not come here unless your in the 2nd grade and your mom is buying you some off brand filas. Cuz that's seems to be what they specialize in. Just terrible. Terrible terrible. Now I will say the females there are pretty nice and you don't wait long. But I mean it's cause they're always dry, like their shoe game. read more

I would leave no stars if that was even possible. I have never seen such terrible service at a WSS. All of the girls behind the counter were on their own personal phone instead of helping customers. They only had one person on register, and they were extremly rude and difficult to talk to. Overall the experience was terrible and I will never be coming back here. They didn't even let me purchase a pair of shoes due to "one per party." I am very upset. Don't waste your time coming here! read more

Stay away from this store!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE went in on Saturday 3/24/2018 and bought my daughter some shoes, well they ended up not fitting her, so I return today 3/26/2018 to return them, and the assistant manager couldn't refund me, due to the wrong size on the receipt didn't match with the actual shoe box size. Shoes are same style same color! And never worn! They couldn't refund me and didn't care if I ever shop with them! Never again will I go to this place!!!!! read more

Horrible customer service, I went in to buy a pair of nikes that I saw online on sale, when I arrived they weren't on sale I asked an associate if he could check the price because online the price was different, he said he was going to ask the manager, he came back and said they're only on sale online not in store I would have to purchase online to get that price. I don't know any store that would not price match online prices, I will never go to that store again I'd rather take my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars ! First of all the customer service is terrible ?!! I couldn't get a refund without the wannabe manager in charge (not the real manager)giving me attitude!! along with the tub of lard who's a rent a cop and stands by the door doing the same , C'mon you're both minimum wage here . The return policy is BS ! They won't give you back your money shop else where !! read more

Terrible! Staffed really well but most of them are doing NOTHING. I only went for pick up, waited 20 mins, only one woman was in front of me in line and she just walked out. 1 customer at checkout and 3 employees behind counter. What is worse is that one of the people behind the counter was a manager. Most of the staff barely move including the manager, no urgency at all. Do they need vitamins? Last time at this location. read more

Very friendly staff, clean environment, I love bringing my kids here for shoes this is always my go to shoe place.

Don't ever order online!! Horrible customer service ever!! I order online school shoes for my 9 year old and we didn't notice untill the night before that they sent me a display shoe, so one shoe was all faded they weren't even matching. My son cried cause he didn't have new shoes. So I called them to exchange the shoes and I sent them back and instead of exchanging them they refunded me my money. But they did not even refund my total amount that I paid. They just waisted my time and money for their stupid mistake!! Also any thing you order online can not be returned/exchanged in store which I think is stupid!!! Thanks wss for wasting my time and ruining my child's first day of school!!! I warn you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!!! read more

Ive never had such a rude person like this young lady that works here I got shoes for my son I got throne size too small went back the next day to exchange them and all she said these6 shoes have e'en worm the sole is dirty! My son just tried on one shoe just to show me they didn't fit didn't even walked in it!so they came like this from their store I tried explaining to her all she would say was store policy! I wasn't even rude to her all I did was go back the next day my daughter exchange them with a different person had no problem it was just this rude girl I still wouldn't go back because of that bad customer service read more

I love this store I've been coming here since the store opened up here in victorville. I've never had an issue with WSS either down the hill or up here in the high desert. I love shopping here for my kids. Everyone from the staff is always helpful and I'm always greeted at the door. They have great prices and they just recently started ordering shoes which I think is convenient because when we can't find our size they could always order them. read more

I'm giving them three stars because of course if she prices are great however I feel as though the quality of the shoe is a little less than average I bought a pair of Nike shoes and they are already starting to tear I'm not sure of these are knock offs or cheaply made Nikes the customer service area is OK it takes a while and I'm with you actually ask for help you won't receive it read more

Being that this specific location sucks and there's no other store around would mean your purposely going to this specific store and nowhere else. Since it's a Monday at 1:30pm I'm sure they aren't getting that much business. The dead give away that they haven't had much business today was the fact that 4 employees were standing in a circle when I walked in. There's a bunch of online coupon offers (even on Yelp) so it's mind boggling that when I asked if I could use a coupon the dumb fuck told me no that it has to be printed out. I haven't seen people randomly carry printers around (not recently at least) so I left. I gave my business to Foot Locker instead of it being a hassle for the jerk at wss to let me use a coupon. read more

Thanks to Mike for marketing this place been in Victorville for 5years and didn't know WSS was in my area!!

Huge selection of shoes...a lil higher priced. Cute selection of clothes priced decently. Sign up to recieve coupons in the mail.

Ugly selection of shoes, clothes I'd never wear and on top of that the stuff is more expensive than if you shop at the mall, even with coupon. read more

They have an interesting selection of shoes, but I have one problem. They don't carry kids half sizes. When I asked them why, they said because kids outgrow them quickly. I call BS on that! If they sell half sizes and kids outgrow them, that means we would have to buy another pair when they do. That means they would sell more shoes. Since when is a business not into less sales? Something stinks... read more

Prices are good, spacious parking lot, store is clean but in a little bit of disrepair. The customer service is friendly enough but if you got a chance DEFINITELY try to have Alma help you, one of the hottest girls I've seen in the HD read more

They are very kind and professional. They helped me find everything I needed. I love WSS I wish I could live there.

Pretty decent size selection of shoes and customer service is friendly. Deals are pretty weak as you can find much better deals on the net.

I was at WSS and I bought 4 pairs of shoes I spent $250 and then went back that night to buy my wife some shoes and employee was very rude so I walked out I will never go back again even though I have a $25 gift certificate and I have 7 kids so u tell me who going to be out of luck not me read more
