I went in with both my son's, they didn't have their shoe size, but Noel was so helpful and had amazing customer service and said they can order the shoes online and get them delivered to our address. I was amazed on how quick both Noel and Mia were on getting my purchase done! read more

Horrible customer service from the supervisor and the girl working didn't greet us as we walked in and was the ones in the store tried to short me on money and told her and she wanted too argue and roll her eyes also didn't receive any help had an attitude the whole time read more

Bad service. I didn't get greeted or acknowledged that I was in the store. Only one other customer was in the store at the time. I noticed they had large signage in their front window advertising crocs. However when I went into the store they only had the two or 3 pair in the display window. Why advertise crocs when you don't have any. I finally had to go up to the checkout to ask if they had any crocs in stock. The floor in the entire store was filthy. They need to run a vacuum cleaner!!! The employees were lazy and not taking care of their customers nor the store. Disappointing! read more

The manger was really rude and she let me know she was the manger didn't let me exchange pants that I just bought 3 days ago. I have receipt and everything . She told the workers like her employees that I'm unfolding every pants in the store and when she gets to me help me find the style I'm looking for. Which is a lie I made sure everything was the same like I found it in the store I didn't even unfold them I just took them out and look on the top no unfolding from my part and put the pants where it belonged. I was just trying to exchange and get a new style pants. Very unprofessional especially as a manger I expect more from her. I've been a manger in retail places and that's not how you should treat customers. I get it some customers can be difficult but I wasn't trying to be. She wasn't even listening to me when I was speaking to her. She should treat no customer like that. Don't shop here worse service ever. Manger is a female wish I can give this place a zero star! read more

Arianna at the Foot Locker in the Victor Valley Mall is extremely RUDE, and has a very nasty unprofessional attitude. She is also rude to her coworkers. I will never shop there again. read more

Sorry for the late review. But last week I came back by this FootLocker to see if there was these particular shoes in stock. Upon arriving I didn't get the right proper greetings from the sales associate but surely she gave me a look of unfairness. As I was browsing with difficulties to find the style I wanted , I approach the sale associate which her name was Marie. With the lack of appreciation having to help me, seems that I was bothering her for whatever standing she was doing on the floor. I requested if can find the shoes I was looking for, she went out to look for them and didn't come 6 minutes later with a different shoe style and wrong size and suggesting that ones she was showing are better. She stated that the ones I was looking for didn't have in stock and told me good luck someplace else. So rude of Marie never coming back to this place again thanks to MARIE! read more

I have purchased shoes from FootLocker a few times this year, and I'm always amazed on how great the customer service is. Every time I come the customer service is exquisite and today was no different. Raymond was very helpful, understanding and patient being that I am very picky and meticulous. I remembered how helpful he was in October and was excited to see him as soon as I walked in today because I knew I'd get exceptional customer service. Thank you Raymond for your time and Suggestions. read more

Walked in and was not acknowledged. It took a sales associate to greet me after 10 min. When I needed a size nobody was on the floor to help. I tried to purchase a pair of white nike roshe but they had a stain on them I asked for a different pair, they did not have another besides the display. I did not mind buying the display but the Laces had brown stains on them I asked the sales associate if we could swap them, she said no because that's the only thing saving the shoe. I was frustrated at this point they didn't seem to care and wanted to sell me white roshes with stains. They didn't even offer to order me a pair or To call other stores to see if they had them in stock. I do not see the point of buying white shoes that are dirty! read more

The manager Robert is great! Had an issue with shoes that were already worn and he still helped me and went above and beyond with no hassle! read more

Bryan Katz helped me find excellent shoe laces! Great environment, great store, great great great

I use to buy my shoes from foot locker. They had great shoes and great deals. I recently went into the store. I dont know what it was. There was a few people there but in the sevtion I was in I was the only one. I picked up many shoes and looked around for help. NOT ONCE did anyone come in and help. I am not racist by no means and I dont want this to be a racist issue. But I did notice I was the ONLY white looking girl there. Everything working where dark skin and a bunch of roady black guys came and went straight looking for the shoes and being all loud. They quickly ran to them and started attendting them. I felt this is ridiculous. I wasnt about to fight. I clearly thought maybe I was in the wrong store but then again I wasnt. I wanted to buy quitet a few amount of shoes and cards. After I saw they went to help them and 15 minutes later just sitting there (not a big girl section to start with). I just got up and went over to the other store across the mall ald0 and famousf00twear. Ended up buying about a couple hundred from each store and was very happy. I got greated when I walked in first thing and they really did help me and attend to me and they too had a lot of people. I will never go to another footlooker store again in my life. Especially to this one. If their manager reads this. I hope he does and install that everyone is important and its the happy season now and not ...hi......even when I walked out they didnt say "thank you come again". Even though there machine beeps to let you know someone left the store. read more

Bryan Katz was very helpful. Great place, love it. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was extremely friendly. Would definitely go back when he is working read more

I had a really good first experience. The sales associate was very helpful, and did not have that aggressive vibe like many of the employees at similar stores have (ie Shiekh, Shoe Palace). Foot Locker also seems to have the most sales. Overall great experience. I would recommend signing up for their VIP program. They have great deals if you join. read more

After getting the run around from the Barstow Nike outlet, it was refreshing coming here and being helped. Gabby did an awesome job and got me the shoes I wanted and signed me up for VIP for additional discounts. Thanks! read more
