Hands down the WORST Boot Barn in the State. We went in looking to exchange a pair of jeans and their stock of jeans were an absolute mess! Falling over, unorganized, and not even labeled. The cashier gal told me that she does not carry the jeans I needed a larger size in, right after finding a whole pile of them on her shelves!!! She needed manager approval for my exchange and requested I wait for her manager to come out of a meeting because "Store policy dictates 2 people on the floor at all times" AFTER the manager told her to come back to the officer on the radio for the approval. She still insisted I wait after that radio traffic! TAKE THE TIME AND GO TO THE LONGMONT STORE!!! They are 10000X better, cleaner, and proud of the condition of their store and their service!! read more

I went to the Thronton boot barn to find a specific type of boot. Krystal and Ryleight were extremely helpful. They showed me different types of boots, different colors, and different styles. They were extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. When I finally found the pair I liked and was ready to purchase, they made sure I had all the items I would need to take proper care of these boots. Service was amazing I went there earlier and had an appointment so I had to leave. So I put the boots I was gonna get on hold and the staff was wonderful and very understanding. There was so many boots and amazing selection they have both work boots and fashion boots. I went in looking for new boots for my horse riding because mine were very worn and instantly found exactly the boots of my dreams. The value of the products are amazing they aren't super expensive and are quite affordable. The staff were very helpful and helped me find the perfect boots. They staff was well educated and knew exactly what they were doing. They looked like they were enjoying what they were doing and were helping customers. The man who had helped me earlier was outstanding I couldn't find a boot that fit me foot and he helped me find what I needed one that would fit my foot but then I also needed a area for my spurs to sit and he helped me find a boot that had both of those qualities and had comfort. great job boot barn for training your staff. read more

Wasted an hour of drive time to get here and try to buy a product that we confirmed over the phone was correct. When arriving, the product they had set aside was a totally different type - the correct version was not in stock. The same situation happened yesterday at the Northglenn location - confirmed the product was correct over the phone, only to have the women's version set aside when I arrive. Employees at both locations are friendly but lacking attention to detail. Very frustrating and would love to have 2 hours of my life back. Don't trust a call ahead if you have to drive a ways to get to these stores. read more

I have been coming here for awhile the fact that the staff has changed over and over with the pleasant staff leaving only suggest it starts with management which I have encountered the manager she is far from friendly and I have listened to her tell at staff I love the help they have but the over turn needs to be addressed when I come in always new staff and the same manager that has no character they really need to follow up and see why this little business has so much over turn I am discouraged to see some of the staff leave or disappear hopefully they can keep what they have now if not they need to find a better manager she is very short distant and quit rude her name is Ann I did ask because it doesn't feel good to lose good help over bad personality hope it gets better I love the styles and prices please follow up with your employees read more

I gotta hand it to this store. I felt very welcomed here and was helped very well by the staff here. I've visited a few Boot Barns in California for various reasons and over there, where there are Asians everywhere, I got kind of a strange vibe as if I didn't belong there. But at this Thornton, Colorado location, where the area seems to be largely devoid of Asians, I felt very comfortable. Excellent service by the staff. And excellent selection of hats! Outstanding Manager. I could not find a pair of jeans that fit the way I like. The manager selected several pairs and even measured them to see how I liked them. The personal touch all the employees give, with the outstanding customer service and devotion to the customer is evident from the moment you walk in. I had to return to Boot Barn when to return some things due to size issues, she exchanged them, was very happy to give us store credit and was so accommodating I was amazed. I will return to this store and recommend anyone wanting a good selection of western/work wear for either going out on the town, or going to work, go to this Boot Barn, they know their stuff. My daughter ordered some boots online for her wedding. They were too small so we took them into the store to exchange them for the next size up. The boots were in the original packaging and box that they were shipped in. She never received a receipt or packing slip when she placed the order. The only thing she received was the charge on her bank statement. Before we said anything the manager Cindy walked up with an attitude. She exclaimed they always email a receipt and she would "do it this time". Why have that kind of attitude when we spent over $200 it isn't like we were asking for our money back. We will never shop at this store again. Buyer be ware they just want your money and their customer service SUCKS! read more

My husband and I were on vacation in Denver and had always wanted a pair of comfortable western boots to wear with his suit. We went shopping here and had a wonderful sales lady named Lucy. We were treated very well and Lucy was very patient with us and helped us find the most comfortable boots my husband has ever worn. We are from Ca. and I would go back just to shop with Lucy! Friendly people work there. Decent selection, but looks like they are cutting back on stock of Ariat jeans. The space is a little tight, which makes shopping boots a little tough. No organization by brand or style. But the college-age dude helping me shop for boots was top notch. Very patient and once We honed in on style he got me a nice lineup to try on. The return policy at this store is bogus. They force you to sign up for their rewards program just to process the return. I protested this since I hate having reward programs that I'll never use. The only choice I was given was to keep the boots I no longer wanted and pay that price or open a new account. This store is not very accommodating and the staff was not very friendly. The manager was a disappointment from what I've experienced elsewhere. read more

This review is meant for the new Boot Barn that took over the Sheplers location on Orchard. Since they don't have a yelp page up yet I thought I would attach my review to one of its sister stores. My wife and I went in and spent over $400 on boots and clothes. We were told that for every $100 we spent we would get a $25 in boot bucks that we could spend on our next visit. We had a lengthy conversation with two staff members during which they assured us that we would be able to purchase $100 of additional merchandise without spending another dime. I went back a few weeks later and tried to by 2 shirts. When trying to redeem the coupons I was told that I could only use one $25 coupon for every hundred dollars I spent. So when they originally told me that for every $100 I spent I would get a $25 coupon they forgot to inform me that I would have to spend another $100 to redeem the coupon. The coupons read "spend $100 earn $25", NOT "spend $200 earn $25". Needless to say that I walked out without buying anything else from this dishonest company. The clothes and boots they sell are beautiful but I will never give this crooked organization one more dime of my money. read more
