I asked her kindly and didn't believe that I was asking her for much. She argued with me and gave me attitude in front of my family so we ended up leaving and did not buy the 6 pairs of shoes. I think it is important to consider that this is a mall in Midland. You can't expect anything super fancy like what you would see in a major city. The mall itself is clean and well-maintained with no weird smells or anything like that. It seems like the stores themselves are well-managed as well. They seem to keep their stock up to date and organized. The food court is disappointing with not a lot of options at all. The options that are there aren't great but, again, keep in mind where you are. The vendors are annoying and will come up to you and offer shoe cleanings and samples but if you tell them "no" most of them will just back off. The parking lot feels packed and a bit claustrophobic but it's not a huge deal.

The first time it took over 2 hours to get my son a pair of soccer cleats. Had to come back to get me some indoors because unfortunately Lubbock's selection is 0. Store is basically empty. I've been waiting for 30 minutes for a pair of shoes. Some guy has asked me twice now if I've gotten them and, no, I'm still standing here without shoes? Went to look at golf clubs and asked a question and got I don't know and they walked away. This store is an absolute joke. Close this down and reopen the one in Lubbock where people actually care.

You have to hunt someone down if you can find someone they're probably "busy." I was in the shoe department trying on several shoes and when an employee walked by I tried to get her attention to see if they had a shoe horn I could borrow and she looked past me like I was not there. The checkout wasn't any better. This was my last resort and I was glad that I found what I needed. I'm surprised this location is still in business. On a positive note, the store was very clean and well organized. I understand they probably can't employ too many people due to small profit margins and many people shopping online, but the current staff needs to be coached and trained to be more inviting and pleasant.
