I think it is important to consider that this is a mall in Midland. You can't expect anything super fancy like what you would see in a major city. The mall itself is clean and well-maintained with no weird smells or anything like that. It seems like the stores themselves are well-managed as well. They seem to keep their stock up to date and organized. The food court is disappointing with not a lot of options at all. The options that are there aren't great but, again, keep in mind where you are. The vendors are annoying and will come up to you and offer shoe cleanings and samples but if you tell them "no" most of them will just back off. The parking lot feels packed and a bit claustrophobic but it's not a huge deal.

She did not reply with the usual, " not my department, I'll call someone", no, she laughed and said she wouldn't let me do that, I was a customer, so I found what I wanted, she offered further assistance and she was so helpful when her coworker walked up I told him how she helped me find my balls and how happy I was. Dynasty, is the definition of what customer service should be. She found my balls, offered more help, when I saw her again later, she smiled huge and asked if I was still okay or if she could help me further. How cool is that? Cashier seemed to be in a rush to get back to conversation versus asking if I found everything okay (asking bare minimum as someone who works in retail). Overall, was very impressed with floor crew and their customer service skills over the person who you would think is the face of the shift (cashier/greeter). You have to hunt someone down if you can find someone they're probably "busy." I was in the shoe department trying on several shoes and when an employee walked by I tried to get her attention to see if they had a shoe horn I could borrow and she looked past me like I was not there. The checkout wasn't any better. This was my last resort and I was glad that I found what I needed. I'm surprised this location is still in business. On a positive note, the store was very clean and well organized. I understand they probably can't employ too many people due to small profit margins and many people shopping online, but the current staff needs to be coached and trained to be more inviting and pleasant.
