The staff is always courteous and helpful, frequently suggesting good accessories or accompaniments to my outfit when I ask for help, but never using high-pressure sales tactics to make me feel uncomfortable. I have scored untold numbers of great deals on brand-new, current-season merchandise (read: $10 or less each for tops, skirts, dresses, accessories). I'm also a college student, and my student discount is nearly always honored (the exception being for final sale merchandise).

The quality of Banana Republic is top notch too. My friends and I all have stories of the clothes we had from here that lasted several years. The store is split evenly between men and women. Beyond clothing they offer shoes, jewelry, fragrance and several other accessories (socks, belts). The back of the store typically holds a healthy amount of clearance items at all times. And I love how Six Sisters has expanded into consignment as well. There was a fun mix of more expensive, new items and some great condition, used clothes as well. They range from casual to formal -- I even saw a few bathing suits. Six Sixters had a full range of sizes. There were several great Derby dresses to choose from, plus Six Sisters is selling several fascinators to go with them. Add in the great accessories and shoes, and you can come away with a whole look! My SIL bought several items while we were there. So you do not feel cramped and crowded. It does seem the target audience is probably late teens and early adults so there usually isn't too many things there that catch my eye. But every once in awhile I'll find something that tickles my fancy. They do have a nice dress shoes for men selection and reasonably priced. There are two entrances to the store. A men's entrance bear main mall entrance by food court and then one facing the inside of the mall. Overall nice addition to a mall that has been losing quality stores and gaining non quality stores.
