An older lady who carried herself as if she was the owner was helping a customer at the register. Another woman was standing in line behind the first customer. A cat jumped on the counter in front of the customer at the register. It made her visibly uncomfortable and she stepped back a few feet The store representative said nothing and left the cat in place. When she finished the transaction, she left the register to help a customer who was seated. She said nothing to the lady who was waiting in line. She said nothing to me. Run your business the way you want, but when the products you sell are available on Amazon at far lower prices, know that there are some things people will not put up with.
