We went into the shoe store yesterday to look for some shoes. Ultimately, we did not find any that Sue did our needs. But they had decent prices.

Zappos unboxed is massive shoe store located in the mall st Mathews in Lousiville Kentucky. Zappos is a a homegrown factory that use to have "unboxed" sales on older shoes in the factory and have now stepped it up to a large retail store in a popular shopping district in the city. As mentioned this is a huge shoe store located in the mall. It has entrance from outside the mall and inside the mall as well. The decor here is very sleek and nice looking. Lots of sparkling lights. The shoes are unboxed meaning they are just different modes sitting in the shoe box. If they have your size then they have it. So it's not like a traditional shoe shop where a display is on a shelf and you look below it for sizes. Overall this a cool shop that I'm sure will do very well. Zappos has always been popular place for people to go bargain bunting For shoes. Now that they have a store front I can see that client list growing.

Need shoes? Be sure to check Zappos Unboxed before you shop anywhere else, you just may find what you are looking for at a fraction of the cost! The store is in the St. Matthews Mall, visible from the front entrance of the mall. I dropped by this store today just to check it out and I walked out with one pair of shoes and hubby walked out with two pair. Now if you knew my hubby, you would know that the price was right! The man NEVER shops for clothing/shoes until his current items are (embarrassingly) worn out. The shoes are in their boxes and arranged on racks by size, but not by type (sneakers, dress shoes, slippers). There are defined rows for women's sizes and men's sizes, and in addition a section for wide/narrow. There are also sections of accessories and clothing items. The store has multiple entrances with associates stationed at each door to greet you upon entering and ensure that you are wearing a mask. There is a large help desk in the front of the store as well as multiple associates walking the aisles offering assistance. Due to foot issues, I wear a particular brand of shoe and was unsure if they would even have them. A kind associate assured me that they did have them and even called into the back warehouse to see if there were any of my size that were a 'wide' in the warehouse. Most of the shoes that I looked at in the women's section were between 31 and 65 dollars. I saw Merrell, Nike, Keen, Vionic, New Balance, Vans, Adidas, and many, many more. Benches are available at the end of most rows to sit and try on shoes. The large checkout area is located in the center of the store and despite multiple people in line, the line moved very quickly. Be advised, there are absolutely no returns. Signs advising this are throughout the store and you are again reminded of this fact as you pay. I will definitely be a return shopper!

Wow! This new store is awesome and larger than I'd have imagined. Shoes are available for all members of the family, all sizes and most at 50% or more off (based on my shopping today). In addition to the shoes we saw accessories and clothing. I came in today for my 2 boys - both now have a bigger foot than me. Our goal was to find a pair of tennis shoes and a pair of non tennis shoes. Goal met! And my guys were so excited. Shopping in the men's section, most of what we looked at ranged from $30-50 but definitely came go beyond those price points. While we didn't need assistance, they had plenty of associates walking the floor helping customers and checkout was immediate when we walked to the line. An associate stood at the front door to greet people and answer questions. Hand sanitizer also available throughout the store and several benches to sit and try on shoes. We shopped so much for them that never made it to the women's section and I cannot wait to return.

I decided to come in and try it out on my most recent visit, and I have come to like it. The clothing definitely seems to be more geared around 20-30 year olds, and has a trendy/hipster feel to it. The clothing looks like it is good quality and comes with a moderate price tag. While primarily clothes, they also have a big wall of shoes in the back and even a little section for gifts. I could definitely see myself visiting this place more often.

Madewell is unlike any major retail store I've visited, and that's a nice thing! It strikes the…read moreright chord of whimsy, cozy, and quality with a variety of well-made jeans, roomy tops, and trinket-like accessories. It has strong undertones of J. Crew, and after my first visit to the place, I looked up the Madewell company to learn more. Sure enough, it is owned by the same parent company, but differentiates itself with a more muted color palette, edgier silhouettes, and a more relaxed feel overall. If these sister stores were real-life sisters, J. Crew would be the color-coordinated, perfectly-put-together preppy sister, while Madewell would be subtler, more eclectic, and with a dry sense of humor. The store itself was a treat to visit. Visually, it's clean and uncluttered, with cream-colored walls and abundant bright lighting. The fresh smell of the unfinished pine floors was one of the first things I noticed when I walked through the threshold, and it was a welcoming invitation to check out more of what the place had to offer. And -- intentional or not -- employees are easy to find but not up in your face as you browse. I used to work in retail so I understand how it's important to greet your guests in the store. As a shopper, though, I often like to meander and discover on my own, but with someone available to answer any questions. I left with a pair of jeans that fit me well, and whose dark wash works with most of the clothes in my closet. They've broken in well over the past few weeks and haven't faded despite going through the laundry. So, check out Madewell, and you may find that it's one of your own new favorite places to visit in the 'ville!

The settings, the attention to detail and the stones are so much higher quality than the ones in the Mall and the local Jewelers who claim to have the best. She knew my budget and what I wanted to spend I am so pleased and the compliments that I get on the stone and the ring are never-ending. If you are looking for a quality jewelry investment please go in and just look at their offerings you will be Amazed. Laura asked how she could help me. A well-dressed customer came in and Laura asked her mother to address the client. I was asking about value and assessment on a number of jewelry pieces for my family heirs and insurance purposes, cost of valuation, and getting 3 assessments. When Laura pulled my necklace out of the jewelry box, she broke the chain. She handed my now broken necklace back to me, saying it broke when she was taking it out. Laura then left me and went to the new customer and got out her assessed platinum bracelet. Laura looked at me and loudly and rudely said we are not buying anything, at least twice. She said I should sit and wait. Laura did not offer to fix my now broken 25 yr+ Designer Arabic gold necklace. I felt as if I were being snubbed. Customer service is poor in this little shop.
