Not incredibly happy with them, but it was easier to stick with them ... until this happened. The holiday crowd was not so bad as I picked this place, a store in the middle of nowhere and with nothing interesting around it, since it would be much less crowded than going to one of the Verizon stores inside the loop. After a brief wait I was "helped" by a young man who was, as the kids on tumblr say, acting like a lil shit to me right off of the bat. I'm an adult and don't like getting treated that way by peons, especially when I have been a forever customer AND I WAS THERE TO BUY SHIT IN THE FIRST PLACE. So I went and talked to his manager. His manager was even ruder, a condescendingly snippy and snarling dragon lady who made such an abysmal impression I ended up walking out and calling Verizon's customer "service" line to complain about the piss-poor in store experience that Verizon had provided. This store set a record for worst customer service experience ever - and I have been in court with a lady on crack who was trying to stab me and/or my client, and even she was being polite enough about the whole experience. If a cracked out psychotic can muster that level of politeness, you think Verizon store employees and a manager could rise to the same level of basic human decency for a customer trying to buy things. But you would be wrong. Especially at this location in Pasadena. In 2014 you should think about leaving Verizon for T-Mobile like I have done as a result of this offense. They appreciate the business at T-Mobile, like the hooker that is missing a few teeth, you can make their day by saying "Hey, sailor."

I wanted my cable outlet moved to the other side of my living room. I had several other cabling…read morecompanies look at it, but they didn't want to do the job because it was too complicated. I figured it would take re-cabling my townhouse and running a new cable from the outside cable box through my attic and down the wall where I wanted the new outlet. I also figured a couple walls would need to be torn out to drill holes through the studs to run the cable. Then I called Williams Network Cabling. Bobby had a better and more efficient plan to move my cable outlet. While he had to run new cable through my attic, he didn't need to re-string it from the outside cable box. He also didn't have to tear out sheet rock, rather only make small pinpoint surgical holes in the wall to fish the cable down the wall. There was very little sheet rock debris to clean up and the entire job was completed much better than I thought it would be. I certainly recommend Williams Network Cabling for any of your cabling needs.

The only hard wired zone is my office. This is such shoddy workmanship. And to get this I had to coach the tech to make his connections through the junction box and not outside. He was going to drill holes in my wall when the house is already prewired for internet. It would have taken the tech an extra 5 minutes to do the job right. Dont believe the hype. Ezee is depending on outsourced techs who have 0 incentive to do an excellent job. All they jave to show is that the wifi signal gets to their provided router. When I called for help they gave me the old "well technically the other extenders and splitters are your equipment" Beware. Not worth the trouble.
