In the store, when we tried to confirm the phone number(pulled up our recent call log) to make sure we didn't make a mistake- we were met with attitude, saying I don't know our stores number. How do you not know or aren't able to confirm your store phone? We went to our car because of the attitude we got. We pulled up our phone recent calls and called the exact same number while still at the store and it called OSWEGO AT&T store. They continued to not help saying they don't know if any other stores have it in stock , told us to just go to the Apple Store and. Rude, you helpful customer service. We went to the Plainfield location instead.
