I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

Due to being in Naperville, and the only one in the near vicinity... this location is always almost busy. Luckily, there are two parking garages within a two blocks of this store. Today, I decided to buy some AirPod Pros the day after the new iPhone 17 was released. That in inside was a very big mistake because there was a huge line for pick up orders. I arrived about an hour before the location opened. And there was a big line outside. The person at the door asked what we were looking for, and I told her that I was here to pick up an order. She pointed to the line and I was there waiting. The staff here was very good about making sure people were in the correct line. Every few minutes, someone would come out and ask each other to confirm they were here to pick up an item. Eventually...that question did become "anyone here for AirPods". I happily replied, with enthusiasm "Yes!!!". And we were pushed inside the store. Once we got inside..we had another mini line. However, luckily, they changed their mind and someone scanned my QR code and I got my item only a few minutes later. Overall, while this location is always busy... it is also always clean and I do feel safe. Sometimes, we have armed guards nearby too. I wish there was an Apple Store more west (aka: closer to my house), but until then...I will continue to visit this location.

My 80-something year old parents are using iphone 4s-es and have no desire to upgrade. 2 of the phones are brand new, and were only just unlocked - so - some told us to erase the phones entirely - some said the 4s-es would be ok, but not get 4G, only 3G some said the 4s-es would have to be entirely replaced... Nelson and Allen made this quick and simple. In less than an hour all 5 phones were working. Even tho it wasn't needed, they offered to transfer all the 4s info to an old SE we had brought (just in case). Other places told us we'd have to port it all ourselves. They told us about the Netflix special. Their final price included taxes and fees (no hidden costs). They even said if my 85 year old dad was the primary account holder we'd get cheaper rates cuz he's a veteran. We chose this store (even tho it was 30 min from home) cuz it was a corporate store and near my parents' home. We will make this trip every time from now on, and will send all our friends here too!

I was okay with that because it was a busy day there. The young lady who helped me said for the same plan; I would have to pay more because there were new expenses. The best she could do was pay more for the same basic plan. She gave me a scrap of paper that had written one price in pencil. I figured there was no choice. She had me okay it. I got home to see a shipping notification. It didn't say for what. Today, I got a new Wi-Fi, which I didn't ask for, and I had no idea I was getting it for 234 dollars. I am paying more for the same basic package, but they added new equipment without asking. There is now a $235 cancellation fee on my plan. Believe me, when this year is up, I will cancel Xfinity and go with another company.
