I got a 26 plus and couldn't be happier. It wasn't just the purchase of the new phone It was the staff. Daniel was amazing. Very patient with me. Explain to me how everything works. Couldn't ask for a better manager. But it didn't end with him. I can't remember the other gal's name but she was amazing when I came in totally confused about what my phone was doing. It's staff like this that keep me with Verizon. Kudos Verizon on Grape Street! You guys knock it out of the park. I am very very grateful.

He asked me about getting a screen protector and I told him straight up that I had already spent about $200 more than I was expecting to and didn't want to spend anything else. He told me he understood and said he would ask his manager if he could get the screen protector for me for free. A few minutes later he came back and told me his manager approved it and that I wouldn't be charged for it. I even asked him more than once, "Are you sure it's free?" because I didn't want any surprises. He kept reassuring me that it was, so I said okay and he put it on the phone. Today I was about to throw the receipt away and decided to look at it, and sure enough I was charged for the screen protector. He gave me a $40 discount, but I still paid for it. That's obviously not the same thing as free. I called Verizon after I noticed it and they confirmed the charges on their end matched what I was seeing on my receipt. What bothers me most is that I gave him multiple chances to tell me what I was actually going to be charged. I specifically told him I didn't want to spend any more money and asked multiple times if it was really free. If he would've just told me, "I can give you $40 off," I would've said no and that would've been the end of it. Instead I was told it was free, trusted what I was being told, and didn't find out I was charged until later. That's just not right. Definitely look over your receipt before leaving.

The place was poppin' at 7:30pm like it was hosting a Wednesday night rave for phone plans. Four employees were tag-teaming a small crowd like customer service ninjas. Mary Ann greeted us w the grace of a maitre d', politely asking us to have a seat while we waited. Thankfully, the wait was shorter than the line at Starbucks during Pumpkin Spice season. Once we got helped, it was all smooth sailing.... quick, friendly, efficient!! We were in, out, and questioning why every errand couldn't go this smoothly. Side note: The parking lot? It's what you normally would call a hot mess!! Think musical chairs but w SUVs and mild road rage. Good luck out there folks!!

I have been here a few times. It is a very convenient location and the store layout is typical…read morewhich makes it easy to find things. My biggest gripe is the printing area. The printers are almost always out of service and the staff there is useless, rude, and lacks accountability. I had a printing job submitted and I received a call which required me to come in to help explain to them what I wanted/what their website was telling them to do. The staff recommended i do it another way so I came back the next day and things were missing, tabs weren't labeled, and my double sided document became single sided making it 3-4in thick! The staff blamed me for not correcting them even though they recommended me to XYZ to remedy the issues, then the manager blamed the website saying they weren't even supposed to put tabs in it, and then they went back to blaming me for all the issues. I ended up walking out and told them i'm not paying $100+ for something that is messed up. The manager was upset that I didn't want to pay but I would highly recommend never pay upfront at this location until you see the product. If i paid beforehand i am almost certain they would have told me to deal with ut.

Spectrum's billing practices are extremely misleading. When I moved my internet service to a new…read moreaddress, I was told my monthly price would stay the same. Instead, they charged me more than double my usual rate. After two hours and five different representatives--including a manager--they refused to refund the overcharge, claiming they "can't issue credits." I only got my original price restored, but they kept all the extra money they billed me. Always check your bill with this company, especially if you use autopay or paperless billing.

This is not the first time these prentencious ladies act like they like you only to turn you back and be gossipped about. That is not the point.... I purchased sunglasses, (my husband paid), for over $200 dollars. I took them back immediately after trying them on outside and noticed they were crooked. When I took them back the sales person told me "we cannot be responsible for crooked glasses because people try them on so take them to lenscrafters and ask them to fix them, they work for us". I took them there and waited 15 minutes on mothers days and Lens crafters said they did know what I was talking about but will fix them anyway. They heated the side to even them. The next day they went back to crooked. My husband took them back and returned them. Thats is a bummer because I liked those glasses. But I will never buy something from those pretendcious women again. What an insult to my intellegence to be treated like that have to go threw a major confrontation for some fun. Unless you don't mind being gossipped about and looked down upon I would suggest going to Macys.
