I tried to reset the phone back to its factory settings, but it was frustrating that I got phantom typing and many frustrating glitches. I decided to look on Yelp and see what the best-rated iPhone repair we is in Temecula. JI repair was on top of the list. It's located in Murrieta and I gave them a quick call. The person I was dealing with was professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. I feel like with investing a little I would have graduated from the eighth version instead of spending more money. Long story short, I stopped by the shop and they offered to replace the damaged screen with a high-quality screen protector and make a repair on my busted camera for only $140 instead of spending $700 or so for a new version. I didn't feel too confident at first about this phone working again. I was surprised that JI did an amazing job and it came out as if it were brand new again. Everything is operating as it should be with no issues at all. The work only took three hours and the price is quite affordable. The technician was thorough with their delivery. Provided the service as expected. I will certainly come back to JI again for all my mobile repairs.

The next day I show up and he tells me it is completely taken apart and he is trying to determine what part it needs to be repaired and how much more it will cost for me. He promised to give me all the info I need by the next day. The day after that I call and he texts me back rather than answering the phone. After telling him who I am he no longer responds to my message. Today I picked up my laptop extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. To pay 160 dollars up front for my laptop to sit around and be forgotten is unacceptable. The customer service and lack thereof on Roger's part is also unacceptable. I will never bring another electronic here again and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I'm also fairly certain they never touched my laptop to begin with. None of the screws have any signs of being touched and the information he gave me seemed like he was making it up.

They ordered the part I needed for next business day and on Tuesday, I dropped my iPad in for repair. One and a half hours later, I received a text notification that it was done. Based on what we were told in the store, we switched from T-Mobile and upgraded our devices. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Our monthly bill should be around $167 (confirmed later by a Verizon billing representative), yet our first three bills were approximately $340, $340, and $370. That's hundreds of dollars in overcharges. To make matters worse: * Insurance was added to our account without our authorization * The $1,200 promotional credit that was promised when we signed up was applied in a way that simply covered inflated bills rather than fixing the billing error * We've spent three months trying to get this corrected The reps who assisted us, Juan and Amani, have repeatedly told us to "wait another billing cycle," but have not provided any actual resolution. We've visited the store multiple times and called customer service, and each time we're told to wait again. At this point: * We have been overcharged hundreds of dollars * We have a reference number for the issue * We have filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission because the issue remains unresolved On top of the billing issues, the cell service itself has been disappointing compared to what we had previously, which makes this situation even more frustrating. After three months of trying to resolve this, we are requesting a full correction and refund of the overcharges. If this is not resolved soon, we will be cancelling the account. Instead of somebody else to open up and check us out, they have three employees standing around, trying to solve the problem or just observe what was going on, extremely frustrating! Managers need to train your associates! This could have been so smooth and simple if there weren't so many associates standing around the one coupon problem, or whatever was going on with both lines !
