    I would give this store and AT&T a zero stars if I could. Placed an online order, "ready in 2…read morehours" at 5:05pm on May 6, 2026. Called the Central Park Fredericksburg at 7:03pm to see if my order would be ready before the store closed so I could make my way to the store 30 minutes from my house. Spoke with a male store employee who informed me that they did not in fact have the phone and could not fulfill the order. Although he could see my order the system he could not cancel it. Advised me to cancel the order in the APP so I could reorder for delivery. I was unable to cancel the order in the APP or online. Spent the next 2+ hours being bounced around AT&T chat feature and on the phone with customer service to be told that there is no way to cancel the order. After speaking with 5 different agents, a Manager in the Loyalty Department told me they cannot cancel the order sent to the store. There is actually no way to cancel said order. She advised I wait until the store reopened at 10am on May 7th, contact them again, verify they had my order and could not fulfill it. If they cannot fulfill the order, I could reorder a phone for shipping because the line was still showing available for upgrade. Contacted the Central Park store again at 10:33 am on May 7th. Spoke with a second male employee who could NOT find my previous order in the system and said they can't fulfill the order if they could see the order because don't have the device. I can see in the APP and Online account, it's still showing that the order went to the Central Park Fredericksburg VA store but they cannot locate it. 10:52am per advice of the Manager in the loyalty department last night, I reordered a phone to be sent to my daughter in NC. Line was still available for upgrade. Order processed with no issues. 11:43am receive a text that my in-store order at the Central Park Fredericksburg store is available for pick up. The same order they could not locate an hour before and told me 2X that the phone I ordered was NOT in stock. 1:30pm Show up to pick up the phone and store is unable to release the phone to me due to the phone in process to be shipped. Cannot cancel either phone. Have to wait 7-10 business days for the phone that was ordered in store to be returned via NON Pickup although we arrived to pick it up. Cannot cancel the phone for shipping and told by both STORE Manager and Loyalty department that it may not ship since the original order was fulfilled after being told 2X that it cannot be fulfilled and to reorder for shipping!!!!!! No one at AT&T is able to help! Not one of the 9 people we talked to can cancel either order and there is no way for the consumer to cancel the order! Daughter does not get a grad gift. If the second phone does show up for shipping it cannot be activated due to the phone sitting in the Fredericksburg store that I cannot have or cancel. WTF!!!!! We've been loyal customers since 2001. Not anymore. Keep your damn phones. Taking all 7 lines and moving on! Will also tell everyone I can that your customer service is nonexistent and loyal customers are not valued.

Did not acknowledge me at all to explain why I wasn't next. Apparently I wasn't a member the correct minority. I walked out.
