I wish I could give this store no stars. My elderly mother…read moreand I went to this T-mobile store in the mall to pick up a replacement exchange phone for my mother that T-mobile sent to the store for her. Daniel R., who was behind the counter, was immediately rude and didn't want to assist us. He said the phone my mother currently had was under Apple care (which it wasn't because it was a replacement phone as well). He closed the box and said he couldn't help us. The laziness and unprofessional manner is what got to me. I stated he would need to call someone for help, either a manager or T-mobile customer service. He also stated he had worked there a year and knew what he was doing. If he knew what he was doing, then our transaction would be done. Daniel called T-Mobile customer service and was just as combative with them as he was with us, claiming he knew what he was doing. Daniel can't seem to figure anything out, Jade walks into the store, comes over and hits continue on the screen and the transaction goes through. He stated he was going to update the phone. We waited over an hour for him to say that the phone wouldn't do anything because it was locked and he couldn't do anymore. The T-mobile customer service had already asked him to order my mother another replacement phone and send it to another store, but he wasn't willing to do that either, I had to be Insistent. Daniel was more worried about listening to his music in the store which he kept turning up and talking to his co-worker in Spanish. It is completely rude to talk in a different language in front of customers if they don't speak that language. We left with the phone not working . I called customer service the next morning because Daniel did not give my mother the box with charger or anything else in it, he kept it and they told us anything in that box was my mother's., so I had to go back and retrieve items Daniel was going to just keep. Daniel R. Needs some serious re-training and he doesn't know his job like he thinks he does. I asked for a District Manager's information to call and complain which they would not give. The very next day we went to the other T-mobile store in the area, every person in there was respectful and friendly. The manager helped us and called customer service and put in a ticket to unlock the phone , they did it right away because he explained our horrible experience at the mall. He backed up everything on my mother's phone so she wouldn't lose any information. He said nothing had been updated. He gave us reasonable options on new phones because my mother doesn't need anything new and fancy. There is no reason to to buy her an IPhone 14. This is how a retail store should run.

I have been a Sprint customer for over 23 years up to the time when it converted over to T-Mobile…read more On March 28, 2023, I had the absolute WORST experience at this T-Mobile retail store in the mall. I lost so much time due to confusing misguidance from their Customer Care resource. On March 19, 2023, I purchased a new phone. I never dropped the phone and quickly got a case for it. On March 26, I noticed a crack in the camera lens. I called Customer Care and got confirmation that I was still within a 14-day buyer's remorse period and learned of 2 options: 1.) send it in for a replacement, refurbished phone, or 2.) return it to the original store to get a replacement and have restocking fee waived. The latter was not really an option. I was advised more than once that I could (or should) take the phone back to the original store from which I made the purchase, even if there was accidental damage. On 3/28/23, in the early afternoon, when I took the phone to the store, the manager on duty came out on the defense. He was not helpful, quite rude and overall showed no empathy for my problem. Unprofessional is an understatement. I felt unwelcomed and got the sense that they did not want to help me nor talk with me anymore. I must mention that I was not rude nor did I lose my temper during this treatment. At one point this manager told me not to block the entrance to "his" store when I tried to sit down in a chair, ridiculed me, then at some point I heard him verbally refer to me as stupid. I tried to have him speak with the Customer Care representative but he had few words to say with them. Basically, my only choice was to deal directly with Customer Care. I am sharing this awful experience for the awareness that there are people in responsible jobs who have issues, need customer service re-training and other types of counseling. I was extremely surprised and disappointed at the intimidation, lack of fundamental respect and rudeness toward me as a guest in that store. I actually started to have a panic attack as I left. I will add that I have since received kind apologies from the T-mobile CEO office and other Customer Support staff. But, it's time for a change thanks to that rude manager.

This is one of the WORSE experiences I have ever had with a retailer. I have been a T-mobile…read morecustomer for over 13 years and have usually enjoyed great service. I normally go to the store in Central Park, but since I was in in Spotsylvania went here. WHAT A MISTAKE! My saga began in late September 2022. First, the sales associate ordered the wrong phone. I wanted the latest apple chip technology and the sales person said the iPhone 14-PLUS and 14-PRO were the same (WRONG!). I was trading in my perfectly good XR10 using a promotion that was supposed to give me an $800 credit towards my new phone, plus I had to open a new line. When my phone finally arrived, the store associate offered to set up my phone. Well, she did that but she assigned my new phone the wrong number. Folks were texting me "who is this?" because my old number wasn't showing up. A week later we got that fixed. Then when I got my bill, T-mobile cancelled my promotion because of "buyer's remorse." I explained the problem to the Store Manager who then BLAMED ME (the customer) for the problem! I have gone to at least 3 other T-mobile stores but they say the Spotsy store is not a corporate store, so they cannot fix the problem (who know, right?). After calling T-mobile and sitting on hold for 2-3 hours at a time, here I am at the end of January 2023 and hoping that we finally have the problem fixed, and I'll get my monthly credits (plus back credits.) Overall, I really think highly of the T-mobile service and I don't plan to quit, but avoid the Spotsylvania T-mobile store in Masspnx at all costs (or it will cost you)! Sincerely, Long-time T-mobile customer

Verizon pulled $700.00 out of my bank account because stupid me checked auto pay for the the $20.00 a month credit. Long story short my wife has been talking to Rue. Rue told my wife if we did not get a call from Verizon, to come back and talk to her. Well today after 2 hours Rue left in the middle of the conversation and went home. Then my wife asked for the manager and the manager shrugged her shoulders and started goofing around with her employees and ignored my wife completely. After some prodding we found out from Verizon customer service that this this store pulls stuff like this all the time. They apparently make offers to potential customers that are false and then Verizon catches it they take it from you account. We also tried to deal with corporate, through many hours of asking for a supervisor, they offered us $250 to go away. We did not except. If you find your self going to this store don't !! My wife is a preschool teacher and she should not have to put up being treated like this. I feel like I am in a Twilight Zone episode.
