They over charge pretty hard for basic things, and usually will miss a ton of the problems. I brought in a computer with driver issues, and a bad motherboard and a buggy fan. They found the fan issue and replaced it, but brought it back to me obviously still having driver and bios issues they never found and charged me $500. It's pretty entry level experienced employees doing the gaming PCs, if you have the money to pay for PC repair I'd just find someone online to diagnose with you for under $60 that will put more care into detail.

She did give me choices for products and gave some nice discounts though. Kudos to her for juggling! I don't think she was getting a break anytime soon. That ain't right.

Update to my last: I switched my service to a network through AT&T based on my status as a first…read moreresponder. As an incentive I was told that there was a free Apple Watch being thrown in with only the taxes being charged. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later when I get my bill and there is now a charge for an additional phone line through that watch. None of that had been mentioned. I am told by AT&T to go return the watch to the store and it will be fine. The lady I spoke with said my call had been her sixth of the day for the same reason: someone getting duped by this company. I get to the store today - 5/25/23 - and am told that the return had to happen within 14 days and that I am now locked in to that second line for 30 months. None of that had ever been told to me. So now the lazy man from my first visit who can't seem to stand up or who doesn't even care about his customers tells me to come back tomorrow to see the store manager. It is sad that in today's day and age a company would so boldly take advantage of people regardless of their status in society - this is downright shameful and atrocious. It is extra shoddy and disgusting to me that this company would take advantage of people who are first responders, military, and veterans with this means of extortion under the pretense of flying the flag high. Straight up vampiric and appalling.

Do Not go to this place if you need your phone fixed. I had my phone here a month and in that month…read moreI've been to this place like 4 times to get my phone and each time it's not fixed. I paid $300 to get it fixed. The only reason I chose to fix it instead of replace it was I wanted to be able to save my stuff on the phone but couldn't due to it not turning on or charging. I came back again for a 5th time and a female had to call him . He asks her to ask for my pin # which tells me he hasn't fixed or even attempted to fix my phone or he would asked for that information a long time ago. There was also another customer furious about his phone too. This place is a scam! The only reason I'm giving 1 star is the review won't post without a rating or I would definitely give 0 stars!!

Was unable to tell me how long it would take so I left my husband's cell number said he would call when my phone was ready. I got several emails updating me on progress. My husband got the call and went to pick it up. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!!! My new phone was not even activated. NOTHING. My husband wound up having to spend online to complete activation and set up. Emails were lies. I have used other ubreakit stores with wonderful service. The only reason i used this one was becayse this is the store to which my phine was shipped. Then Asurion charged me a 200. Deductible. If you couldn't do this service why didn't you say so! Don't go to this store.
