The staff is always really nice and they have security here. Parking also in the mall. My biggest issue is that they never know the answer to questions. When I return the equipment, I ask them how much will my bill be to make sure that it matched what the sales representative told me on the phone and they told me a completely different number. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service. When you call to complain, they indicate you have to pay the current and with the following bill you will receive the adjustment, which never comes. Instead, you get unsolicited calls later on, offering packages, to downgrade you from premium, which are your must see and used channels, to their extra or everything TV, at a modest cost of $25. They do not respect loyalty, although I have been a customer for more than 33 years, their customer service is horrendous, and their interest is all about promoting this specious program of making their cable service affordable, which is not.

When I arrived at the store the new free phone was out of stock. My only option was to buy a new phone, last year's model. I have already spent over $200 on this new phone. Now, I am in the process of trying to get my money back or credit for my account.
