Not only did they rent me a car that was filthy inside (sticky substances and smears everywhere) but also when I tried contacting them about it, they never got back to me. They happily took my money though.... I had already rented another vehicle prior to my horrible experience and when I tried to cancel, I still could not get ahold of anyone. When they finally realized I never picked up the vehicle (after the trip was done), a manager finally called me saying he was going to refund me for my trip since I never used the car. Did that happen? No. I contacted him multiple times after and got no response. They clearly are happy to take your money but not provide an even decent customer experience.

First, let me say that I…read moredid not purchase my Chev here ... they lowballed my trade, so I bought from a different dealer and got even more than I was asking for. (FWIW, my spouse had the exact same experience) My issue is with service. Gone there 3 times, only one - a basic oil change - was fine. The other two times I was turned away because - despite having a confirmed appointment including text and email reminders - I was told I didn't have an appointment. Apparently they know their online tool doesn't work but its still on their website. IMO, not my problem - I have an appointment with several text and email confirmations so they should honor it. Just today, I showed up for yet another 'phantom' appointment for an intermittent issue. Because I knew the vehicle may not demonstrate the issue in the service bay (it is an intermittent issue after all) I have been taking videos for WEEKS to demonstrate the issue, what it is, and prove that it is persistent. At first, the tech was just going to turn me away for my apparent lack of appointment ... but I refused. Again, not my problem that your scheduling tool is broken. So we went to my vehicle and, of course, could not replicate the issue. I explained I knew that would be the case so offered up my videos. Flat out refused - said there was nothing they could do, and videos were worthless. Not a "hmmm, let me see what our techs think" or even a "gee, sorry this is happening - we'll take it and see if we can try to troubleshoot it". He didn't even want to see the videos to better understand what I'm dealing with. (It's the lift gate, by the way ... it only works about 20% of the time on a '24 traverse) Now I get it - it's like going to the doctor and magically being well. But this issue persists, it will persist, and I cannot predict when it will happen. So it sounds like unless the stars align and I show up for a non-phantom appointment and the issue just happens to be observable at that precise moment in time, they will not do a thing. The blatant refusal to honor my appointment coupled with the "nothing I can do" mindeset - - - I'm done. I'll drive three cities over to where I bought the vehicle rather than deal with this crap again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I'm already crying because I'm stressed about the funeral, and scared being in this city alone when my home is 3 hours away. Only accepting cash is a huge red flag, but to make it even better, they don't have an ATM! So, crying, I have to call another uber to take me to an atm to get cash and back to the tow yard. Upon paying the $500 extortion fee, I discover I dropped my car keys in the uber. Now I'm really crying because it just has been a really bad day. I have to call Uber and pay them for the driver's phone number to then pay him to drive my keys back to the tow yard. The crabby, horrible-excuse-for-a-human being at the front desk sees me crying and calling the uber driver, and gleefully sings out to me that if the driver isn't there by 6:00 pm with my keys(it's 5:30 pm) that I will not be able to get my car because she is closing and it will be an additional $65 to get tomorrow. I am STRANDED at this place, three hours from my home, out of money with no place to go, and she could see how scared and upset I was, but she found it pleasurable to add to my distress by being a horrible, evil human being. What kind of person does that? Yep, I made a mistake in my time of shock and sorrow, got my car towed, and paid over $700 rectifying it. But to be treated the way that old lady treated me and to be mocked and laughed at during something so stressful and scary is a testament to what kind of company this is. Thankfully the uber driver arrived 5 minutes before they closed. Now all I can do is spend my long drive home praying that the rude, empathy-lacking old lady at the front desk receives everything she deserves in this lifetime and the next one.

Very pleased. One suggestion though...appraisal should be an add on…read more I was considering buying a car from a dealership 2 states away. Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is. Thank you, Lemon Squad, for helping a guy out.

I found major brake vibration on my first drive, a significant oil leak, and power running board issues almost immediately after taking possession. Instead of explaining how these were missed, Lemon Squad just kept sending the same canned response about their inspection being "visual and non-invasive." I wasn't asking for a warranty--I was asking why obvious issues weren't caught. The customer service was just as disappointing as the inspection. I won't use them again. They could improve by not having canned responses such as it's visual and non invasive. In one of the photos you could zoom in and see cut wires. I diddnt catch it because I didn't think I needed to indirect the inspector's work. All in all it was a mistake ever trusting them! So yourself a favor and just look up local mechanics and ask them to go do it.
