I first heard about Gunnar bikes, aka Waterford Precision Bikes, over 12 years ago. I purchased a…read moreCrosshairs frame and it's been a wonderful bike. In 2019 as I was approaching retirement I purchased another Gunnar to take advantage of hydraulic disc brakes in cycling. My Crosshairs became my travel bike. Recently after returning from an east coast trip a crack was found in my Crosshairs while in for a tuneup. I was broken hearted to think I might lose this great frame. After contacting the staff at Waterford/Gunnar I was told that my 12 year old frame would be repaired, under warranty. I was shocked, to say the least. While not a common frame the staff at Waterford/Gunnar produce excellent bikes and even better, stand behind them. You will never regret buying a Waterford/Gunnar bike. And yes, steel is real.

I had a small issue with my Gunnar frame, and they went out of their way to help me repair it under my warranty. The repaired frame is perfect. I've bought bikes from several manufacturers over the years, but Gunnar is truly in a different league. The frame is definitely top of the line, but it's sold at an incredible price. On top of that, my customer service experience with you couldn't have been better. You guys really went above and beyond to help me out. Anyone in the market for a new bike should seriously consider Waterford and Gunnar. Their frames are top of the line, and their customer service is unbelievable.

He couldn't ride his beloved Trek anymore and didn't like the recumbent bike some neighbors loaned us. We wanted to check out an adult trike, so we headed to Bicycle Doctor once again. Eric showed us a Sun adult trike they had in stock and told Rick to go take it for a ride. He looked like a little kid who'd just gotten his first new bike; he loved the bike and could easily get on and off by himself. They didn't carry a rack at the shop that would hold my upright and Rick's trike, so I ordered one online at home, brought it in, then they assembled it and Eric put it on my car for me!!!! Who does that? What nice, wonderful people! Thank you so much!

I actually came here this past weekend after searching for a local place that sold Aventon bikes. I…read morehad been researching the Aventon Level 3 online and was really hoping to be able to pick one up that weekend so I could use this summer, especially since gas prices have gone up and I can commute with it around Bayview to everywhere I need to go. When I walked in Jeremy greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I had already saw that they had the Aventon Sorella 3 and the Aventon Level 3 and 4 step-through bikes. So I asked him if the store had any Level 3 step overs and Jeremy said, "yes, we actually have one black one left, want me to bring it up?" I said sure--as that was the exact one and color I wanted. Jeremy brought up the bike and let me test ride it and let me just say that I knew after about 10 minutes that I was going to buy that bike. He let me know that the e-bike needed to get checked before I could pay for it and ride off into the sunset and luckily we had time to explore the store and I was able to take it home about 30 minutes later. Not only did he explain everything about the bike that I needed to know to safely operate it but he also answered all my questions about the tires and things that I never had to deal with on my triathlon bike. I have already ridden it about 15 miles and I cannot believe how much I would love an e-bike! I am so glad they sell Aventon because the closest place was in Chicago and I definitely did not want to drive that far. Thank you so much, Jeremy for the help with my new bike, Storm!
