Shopped around for bikes for the kids (12 yrs and 10 yrs old) and after years of cheaper bikes while they grew we decided to upgrade to nicer bikes that should last them. Previously before kids I was an semi serious MTB but as in everything in life, time sure has an impact on bicycle technology. Trek now has acquired many other brands and Wheel and Sprocket is the area's largest distributors of bikes in terms of volume and number of stores. Bike shortages during the Covid19 crisis so finding a bike to fit our needs let alone having lots of options wasn't in the cards so coming here was a good decision. Worked with Lee who greeted us at the door as they were limiting the number of customers. Lee asked us qualifying questions and price range and showed us several options and then up sold us on several other options. Sized our kids making sure they fit the bikes properly and explained the sitting styles from bike to bike. We settled on the Trek 820 and Trek Marlin 5 for the oldest who shouldn't outgrow it. The later with Shimano Tourney TY300 components still entry level but much better than bikes at Target or Walmart. Aluminum frames and disc brakes. As in most bike stores, bring it back within a year for a minor tune up as cables stretches after use. Final set up and adjustments and we walked out with two new bikes. Lots of options to add on should you need to upgrade parts from Thule car carriers to suspension forks to cranks to clothing. Tune up or repair shop should you need that as well. Lee focused on us the entire time and was very knowledgeable.

The only bike shop in the state that could get me the new 2021 Trek Émonda SL5.

I had breakdowns on three different trips. Each time I took the bicycle in, the staff at Bicycle Doctors made a fix, but the issue recurred. During the repairs, Bicycle Doctors always provided a free loaner to me. They worked tirelessly with Gazelle and Shimano to fix the problem. Finally, after replacing almost everything possible on the rear wheel, the problem has been resolved...at no cost to me. As part of their customer satisfaction efforts, they also gave me free flat tire repairs for this year and free level one tune-ups for the 25/26 season for both bikes. Bicycle Doctors was diligent in working to fix my issues. They also interacted with me with great patience even when I was a bit testy! While my next e-bike will probably not be a Gazelle, Bicycle Doctors will ALWAYS be my preferred bike shop. Nice job, guys.

I live about 30 minutes away, but would have no hesitation going out there if I needed something I knew they carried since they're so helpful. Most recently, I went to look at hydration supplies as I'm preparing to run my first marathon, and the woman who helped me was so informative and provided different opinions on products that might help me make a decision. There was no pressure to buy and despite my indecisiveness, she was very patient - even at almost closing time on a Saturday night! In addition to asking questions about running gear, I also asked her and her husband questions about races in the area. Since they're experienced runners, I figured they would be great resources for well directed half marathons and marathons, and sure enough, they were. While locally owned running stores are not always the cheapest (compared to online), they cannot be replaced. You aren't paying solely for the product at locally owned and operated running stores, you're paying for knowledge and service that can't be provided online. Quite often, performance running stores are really intimidating for more recreational runners and in some of the local running stores they really aren't that friendly. In my running group, we have discussed which stores pressure their customers to buy, which ones we don't go to because we feel the people that work there are 'running snobs', and which ones are not helpful - Endurance House is not on that list. I highly recommend runners of all abilities visit Endurance House, particularly new runners.

The showrooms are impressive--stocked with a wide range of all the latest motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, pontoons, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and jet skis, as well as a solid selection of used inventory and riding gear. My husband has purchased several quality helmets, gloves, and accessories from here. Our Vehicle Purchase Experiences: * My Husband: When he was interested in seeing the used motorcycles in their showroom, it took multiple emails and texts before he finally received a response from a salesman. After he was finally able to communicate with a salesman, visit the showroom and decide on a bike, closing the sale was quite the lengthy ordeal. I think from start to end, from the time he walked into the showroom. it was almost 6 hours before he was all done. A little over a year later, he received a promotional email (from the same salesman who sold him the bike) about trading it in. He replied with interest but didn't hear back for weeks, despite following up by text several times. He did have some back and forth talks with the salesman but frustrated, he ended up trading it in at Fuel Motorsports in West Bend, where the process was much smoother and faster (in & out in less than 2 hours). * My Visit: I went in to see a used scooter listed online at a good price by one of the salesmen at Cedar Creek. We were greeted promptly, and after inquiring about the scooter, shown to the pre-owned showroom where it was. However, when discussing the price, the in-store price was around $500 higher than what was listed online. After I showed the ad I saw on my phone to the gentleman, he said something along the lines of "well, I don't know why he'd list it cheaper", which gave me the impression that maybe the online listing was done in error or it wasn't communicated correctly within the sales team. They honored the lower price, which I'm thankful for, though after that interaction, the vibe kind of shifted downward a bit and I felt awkward the rest of my time there. Despite paying in full (no financing or trade-in), the purchase process dragged on for close to two hours, with our salesman gone more than he was present. I understand certain aspects of the transactions take time (I'm well versed in vehicle sales) and that the salespeople are busy juggling multiple things at once, but lack of communication and interpersonal skills don't help build a positive and trusting relationship with the customer. Overall: Cedar Creek Motorsports has a great selection and decent pricing, but communication and efficiency can be hit or miss. If you're really patient and do your homework, you can find good deals--but don't expect a seamless experience. I will add: Each time we've ever gone inside Cedar Creek, everyone we've interacted with there was always pleasant and nice. The sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and do acknowledge you even if you're not working directly with them.
