They do further inspections and alert you to other issues, while being honest with the underlying problems. Flash forward to today, and I now have a newer truck, but my wife takes her vehicle there. 10 years later, and the same great service and workmanship is happening. After I left my mom's house, I heard a clicking sound. Windows were down and radio was off, which…read moremade this possible. Past experience has taught me that the sound is from a nail in my tire or a rock stuck in the tread of a tire. I pulled over and found a large sheet metal screw in the driver's side front tire. I added the maintenance package to my tires when I bought them because I knew my 4+ years of no tire issues was bound to end, except I couldn't get through when I called, and they were about a 25 minute drive away via the highway, which wouldn't be the smartest move to attempt. Pulled up local tire shops and Waheed's was the nearest with a 4 1/2 star rating on Yelp. Called them up, explained my situation, and they said come right over. I pulled up, told the gentleman which tire had the screw in it, he guided me toward backing up and forward and turning wheels until he saw it. Then he grabbed his tools and a plug, removed the screw and plugged the hole without me even leaving my car! I heard a little air escape for a few seconds between removing the screw, prepping the hole, and plugging it, but the tire pressure light didn't come on, so he assured me I was good to go. No issues at all since the repair. I'll call my tire store anyway to follow up, but Waheed's showed me why they are highly rated, and I highly recommend them. Inexpensive and very fast repair (less than 10 minutes), great service (I tipped the guy who made the repair), and one very happy customer (me).

There were two areas of concern on the car, one needed significant attention later and the other he FIXED for me on the spot in 4 minutes! The best part was that he gave me an honest review of the car's exterior. He pointed out that the car had been repainted ( that fact was not disclosed by CarFax or Carvana ). He took the time to show me overspray, failed clear coat application, imperfections in paint application like dust and dimples, how the paint was applied incompletely and destroyed seals. He also show me how all the door moldings were pulled back and were not reattached professionally and would cause water damage, noise, and improper/uneven closing. He roughly estimated $3-4k worth of re-do work, not for him or his business but for me to consider while finalizing my thoughts on the purchase. Based on what PJ showed and shared with me and the trust he quickly earned with me with his knowledge and honesty, I rejected that car. Long story, short version: you can trust these guys to be honest, helpful and to care about quality. They are not in business just to make a buck but to build relationships that matter. They did a very good job doing my metal fabrication work for my car but they didn't put my shocks…read moreon my vehicle that I paid them for to put on as well and I was charged extra for them to hookup my air hose line for my shocks but when I asked Mike did they put my shocks on when I came to pick up my car he said yes even though my back end was still sitting low to the ground I didn't think nothing of until about a few weeks ago I had someone do my brakes in the back and he pointed out earlier to me hey I thought you had your back shocks put on I said I did but when I checked them my new shocks was not put on so I went to Mike about my shocks and he said that he was there when they put them on I told him well they must have took them off when he left because my shocks that I paid for was not put on and the response that I got was why didn't you tell me about this before and I said I just noticed it when I had my mechanic do my brakes we continued to go back and forth but never ever said that since my mechanic didn't put it on like said just bring the car in and let me check it out and satisfy your concerns about your shocks not put I'll put you some brand new shocks on your vehicle since you brought them in and wasn't put on your vehicle he decided to hang up on me!
