I attempted to fix it myself but could not. I took it to them the next day and they identified a 'bug' even though I have Norton. William quoted me a price and was able to work with me when he saw the stress on my face. I left it and was called a few hours later to say it was done. Peace,…read more Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and technically skilled. He took the time to work through my computer issues, and I appreciate his expertise and customer service. He is the reason I'm giving this business three stars. Unfortunately, my interaction with Mr. Knox was disappointing. During my visit, he expressed the opinion that security measures like strong passwords, two-factor authentication, email or SMS verification, and facial recognition aren't worthwhile because "hackers are going to hack you anyway." As someone who values protecting my personal information, I found that advice concerning. I believe encouraging customers to use strong security practices is important, especially when working on their computers and accounts. The technical service was good, but the discussion about cybersecurity left me with less confidence than I expected from a computer repair business. Peace

Had the battery replaced on my iphone 13 mini. Then had my…read morescreen replaced. since then I've had so many problems with the phone shutting off, the phone gets hot. The battery percentage is wildly going up and down and the phone CANNOT recognize the battery. I know I have warranty on the screen. But Ive had my phone checked there a few times, but was claimed nothing was found to be an issue. Which I believe is a flat out lie. Now there's new people there, and wants to charge me for diagnostics on the phone even after telling them about the situation. They never asked my name nor do they even want to look up the info. I've lost all my interest in cell phone repair stores... especially this one. Don't let these people "school" you since they have to have your "phones, tablets, laptops" to another lab for diagnostics to charge you enough you'd wish you just get a new phone. so here's my beginning experienc- Nice people, believable legit... and now- I don't trust them, faulty replacements, always a new customer even though there's past visits.

I decided to do the battery replacement. Well, during the battery replacement (at NO FAULT OF SAM'S), something happened with my phone, but my Face ID stopped working. He tried to do a few troubleshoots but couldn't fix that (we think it was from damage previously, but who knows...I never had issues with it, and I am NOT FAULTING SAM!). So, I decided to trade it in for the quote he gave me and got a new (used) iPhone. Sam is beyond professional. He was warm, welcoming, and very engaging. He made me feel like I was an old friend. I will be coming back in the future for all of my tech needs! Thanks, Sam! -Christopher C.
