If you're fine with supporting a business that feels like it's okay to tell a pregnant woman she can't drink her chick-fil-a water inside the restaurant while her friends eat breakfast, proceeds to go sit at the outside table and then tell her she can't sit out there so she sits on the literal curb then by all means come eat here. Good job guys, I hope your ego grew from that. The food was bland, mcdonalds could have made something better. Maybe add some salt next time. Me and my husband went here recently and had a great experience. I got a bagelicious and he got stuffed French toast. The French toast was great he stuffed it with cookie dough cream cheese. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited in line for 30 minutes (they were busy, I get it) to order. And then I waited another 45 minutes after ordering to get my food, which was 3 ET bagels with plain cream cheese. Multiple people who ordered behind me in line got their food before I did. 1 hour into waiting I asked for an ETA on my food. They said "I don't know because I cannot control how quickly the kitchen makes your food." The employee also said they were making my food "right now" which took another 15 minutes to come out (in that time they were bringing out orders for people who ordered 10+ people behind me). Everyone in the facility was displeased with the service. While I was waiting for my order there were multiple employees spotted in the kitchen goofing off and eating bagels. Meanwhile paying customers are waiting 1 hour for mediocre bagels. I would not recommend this place to anyone, in fact I'd discourage people from eating here. read more

Bagels were fresh and hot. I got an everything bagel with a fried egg and cheese and my sister got a regular bagel with cream cheese. The everything bagel didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked and would have been better if it was toasted a little longer. The staff was friendly and the coffee was good too. I really enjoyed eating at the Boone Bagelry on King Street in Boone as everything was very tasty and good. Their bagels were amazing and really hit the spot when I was hungry and needed it. I really like that there is a discount for paying cash which I was able to take advantage of. The staff here was friendly and attentive and got my order ready very quickly. This is a great little bagel place! We ordered late in the morning so our choices of bagels were limited, however the customer service was fantastic and we were able to work everything out. The strawberry cream cheese was a hit with all of our kiddos and I loved the cinnamon walnut raisin cream cheese just as much. The home fries were great, the cheese grits were super tasty, and we loved the pancakes too! We ordered some breakfast platters to share, a dozen bagels with cream cheese, and pancakes, and had plenty for our family of 6. Great food, horrible service. We waited 50 minutes to order. Staff was rude. They yelled at someone who placed their order over the phone and did not have a mask. Literally, "get out of here!" I was extremely disappointed in this experience. We arrived and sat ourselves. We were told that we couldn't order our food yet because they took orders in the order that customers came in. When we were able to order 15-20 minutes later, we then waited another 30-40 minutes for our food. Other tables around us, who ordered well after us, were served their food far before we were. I received the wrong drink and it took too long for the replacement drink to come out. Our waitress was extremely rude and didn't seem to care much about our wait time or our wrong drink order. My daughter and I stopped in before a campus tour and had limited time. It took so long for the waitress to bring us water that we decided we should place our order to go. When I asked the waitress how long it would take to get a biscuit, she said "not long" but was clearly either having a bad day or was insulted by the question. We went to the window to order and waited at least 15 minutes for one bacon egg and cheese biscuit. When I opened it up, I could not believe what they served to me. The biscuit was mashed up in pieces and it was clear that they were angry with us or angry with having to be at work. If they don't fire everyone in this restaurant, they will have nothing but terrible reviews. This was disgraceful. On top of all of this, I called today to let the owners know what's going on in their restaurant. One of the "managers" told me that she's not allowed to give the name of the owners (um...it's on your website) and when I asked if they are involved in the business, I was told that they come in and pick up money sometimes. I came here because I unexpectedly needed to provide breakfast for 45 people. I asked for 4 dozen bagels and they didn't bat an eye. 15 minutes later, I walked out with a variety of 48 freshly baked bagels. They were delicious! I would highly recommend this establishment! read more

The bagels here are pretty good, but not the best I've ever had. My main reason for the 3 star rating was more to do with the timing of food prep and customer service. I was first to order in my group of 4 and ordered egg and cheese on a bagel and added tempeh and was very excited for this rare vegetarian item. However all of my friends received their bagel sandwiches within the next 10 minutes, but 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. I asked at the counter for an update and the server was extremely rude while telling me that they were busy and they had a lot of call ins. Had my bagel not been the only one unserved, I would've been more understanding, but she was also extremely rude in how she responded with her tone of voice. When I finally did get my bagel, I very was disappointed because the tempeh was wayyyy too salty and I didn't even like it after all that waiting. I might give it another try one day, but there are plenty of other places to grab breakfast in Boone for next time. read more
