I loved their "old" children's books shelf. So many neat finds.

This place is a gem. What I love most is how.many.books they pack in here, and yet it is incredibly organized and inviting. This place offers a vast range of every imaginable genre; I could spend all day perusing. Definitely making this my go-to place anytime I am in need of a good read.

While I always love a small, independent bookstore, the location of this one was somewhat awkward,…read moreas it's tucked away in an old, neglected building, which at the time of my visit, was eerily empty. The bookstore space itself is not altogether unpleasant, and you can definitely tell that the owners are attempting to add more inventory and character. However, it's still a work in progress, and in the meantime, the selection is pretty limited and the organization and pricing a bit confusing. I was also disappointed to find that a book I ordered from the store (because they didn't have it in stock), was not available for pick-up at the time the store owner communicated it would be - and was actually on back order - leaving me in the lurch for a course assignment which required the book. Since I had to call them (versus them contacting me) to find out this information, my already conflicted feelings about the store were certainly not improved. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with my initial experiences with this bookstore, but I am still glad the option exists (and I'm hopeful it will improve with time). Pro-Tip: One really positive thing about this bookstore is that it sells new and used books, and you can actually trade-in your previously read books at this location for store credit!

My wife browsed the store while I bought the book and chatted with Terry. This is a great little shop. My wife and I love to support local businesses. We are so glad that there's a local bookstore we can now buy from instead of buying books off Amazon or bookstore chains like Barnes & Noble. From now on this is where we buy our books because we want to do our part to make this little bookshop a success so that we'll continue to have a local bookshop to buy from.

Absolutely love this bookstore! I always walk out with so many hidden treasures. The sections are…read morereally well organized/labeled and it's easy to find anything you're looking for; plus lots of stuff you didn't even know you were looking for lol. Especially in the metaphysical realms and the prices are fabulous. One of the owners Bob was working and he made me feel so welcomed. He said that him and his wife Janis own the place and it just made me feel grateful that my money is going to a small business as special as this one. Do yourself a favor and come spend some time here, you will not be disappointed :)

Love the owners, the folks who stop in, the wide variety and selection of books in each topic, and…read morethe overall atmosphere in the store that you can feel very comfortable looking for what books you would enjoy reading or learning more about and do so at a wonderful lower price . The owners /managers are always super helpful, very informed , very interesting, and treat you with great respect , appreciation for your interest in being there and their interest in helping you feel comfortable to look w/o pressure to buy and at same time offer you what you what will help you find what interests and inspires you . I I used to frequent a gigantic bookstore almost daily when i lived in Tucson where there was an ice cream stand next door that it was the perfect place to go while enjoying the ice cream cone. ...but then i ending up reading far more than i would have in those days and i learned so much about topics I topics I never knew existed. That was actually LIFE changing and led me to many more interesting and valuable things after that. When i arrived here i thought this town HAS to have a used book store ...it's vitally important. So I hope it grows to take up almost a block one day....like the one I used to frequent. And a plus would be if we could have an ice parlor next door with the most delicious and natural and from local farms ice creams...(my dream). smile. . There is nothing like a good book ...that your mind wraps itself around and gets so much more involved with, creatively and uniquely with your own individual history and experiences ....that that does something you don't get from watching movies and videos. Although the visuals have their own benefits , reading has ITS own and is an undervalued and wonderfully enriching to the mind and soul experience and something that might be worth exploring more. It uses the brain different to read than to watch a story and it makes more of that become more alive and more imaginative in ways that benefit us with more abilities to do things differently and expand our awareness and consciousness that we would not have thought of or or known about otherwise. So i am inspired to read more and hope more people start having that interest too that we might be more resourceful and creative and relaxed than what too much technology and not enough quiet contemplative reading DOES for the mind and the body too All ages.

I was impressed by the special editions they carried and was impressed by their reasonable pricing. My favorite part was seeing all the local authors featured! We have a lot of literary talent in the PNW and it's even better when purchased from a local bookstore. Come when you have plenty of time! I had to rush a bit because I was fitting it in while in the area and I could spend hours here. Each genre is filled with options and there are so, so many. Great service, the staff is really friendly and welcoming.

I usually don't go to bookstore, but I thought this place was actually very neat with all the selections that were available on that day. The upstairs is for children's books, but I really had to dig 'round in the different bins for Peppa Pig as the bookstore manager confirmed Bluey is a more popular character right now because I made a comment that Bluey was everywhere and had its own little display section around the store. Anyway, I was able to walk out with one book for myself to read and other books (Peppa Pig and Bluey) for my daughter to read. Oh, this place sells new and gently used books. You can trade in your old books for store credits from what I remember from my conversation with the store manager. It's a neat store to check out books in my opinion as it isn't overwhelmingly huge like Barnes & Noble. It's cute and quaint. I was rather shocked with the foot traffic that the store was receiving on that Friday morning.
